Venue Details

• Refunds are available only in the event of artist cancellation. No exchanges.
• Group sales need to be coordinated through a club manager during business hours.
• Re-entry is allowed at this club.
• Photography is not allowed in this club.
• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol. There is a two drink minimum. There is a $20.00 corkage fee for outside bottles of wine.
• All phone reservations are taken with a credit card number and then charged at 5p.m. the day of the show.
• Public transportation is available to and from the club. Please refer to the Market Street buses and Embarcadero Muni Station schedules.
• Merchandise is available on a show-to-show basis.
• ATMs are not located in the club.
• From 101 South / Golden Gate Bridge:
  From the Golden Gate Bridge, continue until the freeway ends along the Marina at Van Ness Avenue. Turn right onto Van Ness Avenue. Take Van Ness to Clay Street. Turn left onto Clay Street. Take Clay Street across town to Battery Street. As you cross Battery Street we are on the left-hand side on the upper level.
  
  From 101 North / 280:
  Take 101 North, follow the Bay Bridge signs. Take the Fourth Street Exit. Go one block to Third Street, make a left hand turn on Third Street. Take Third Street to Clay Street. Turn right on Clay. Take Clay to Battery Street. As you cross Battery Street, we are on the left-hand side on the upper level.
  
  From I-80 / Bay Bridge:
  Take the Fremont Street Exit. Follow Fremont Street all the way to Clay Street. When you get to Clay Street you will face a building that will say One Maritime Plaza. There is a garage on the street level; we are directly on top of the garage.
• Wheelchair access from One Maritime Plaza entrance on Clay street, take elevator up to the plaza.
• Security is provided at the club.
• Smoking is not allowed in this club.

• Restrooms are located throughout the club.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: cameras, video or audio recording equipment, and outside food and beverages.
• Guests must be 18 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Show content is adult, no one under 16 is recommended.
• Food is served before and during the show.
• There is ample street parking and there are several Embarcadero Center garages nearby.
  Note: we do not validate parking.
  Also, the Golden Gateway Garage directly beneath us usually closes before our shows are over so we do not recommend parking there, especially for 10pm shows.
• Valid photo identification is required for entry.
