Venue Details

• Parking for guests with disabilities is available with proper state identification. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Look for the easy to follow signs when entering the facility or ask any parking personnel for assistance. We also allow drop off and pick up upon request.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Items allowed in this venue include: factory sealed plastic bottle of water (one per person), food in a clear plastic bag, umbrellas, and low profile lawn chairs (no higher than 9 inches from the ground).
  Please note: These guidelines are subject to change and are at the discretion of management.
  
  The first 200 lawn guests will receive a free lawn chair voucher courtesy of Comcast and the PNC Bank Arts Center.
• ATM's are located on main plaza as well as concession areas.
• Restrooms are available throughout the facility.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: sharp or dangerous items, laser pointers, professional cameras, audio or video recording devices, coolers, cans and bottles, etc.

• Ride NJ Transit's North Jersey Coast Line train to the Aberdeen/Matawan station. PNC Bank Arts Center provides free shuttle bus service directly to our front gates. The shuttle bus will start running continuously two hours before show time until after the performance. The last shuttle bus leaves the PNC Bank Arts Center at 11:30 p.m. even if the performance is still in progress.

• Acceptable forms of payment include: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express, Discover, and cash. All credit card purchases require proper photo identification. $6.00 Box Office Fee per ticket is applicable at the PNC Bank Arts Center Box Office; fees will vary by point of purchase.
• There is no camping permitted on the premises.
• Proper attire is required to enter the facility. All guests must wear pants or shorts, shirt and shoes.
• The reputable staff of USI is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans at PNC Bank Arts Center. If you need assistance, please see any USI representative stationed throughout all areas of the venue. The security office is located on the main plaza.
• We have a strict no refund or exchange policy. All shows are rain or shine. If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will be offered.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
• First aid is located on the right side of the main plaza. The first aid station is staffed by certified personnel from The Monmouth Ocean Hospital Services Corporation (MONOC).
• Will Call opens two hours prior to scheduled show time. Please provide proper photo identification to pick up tickets.
• Permanent concession areas are found in the North and South Plazas and on either side of the lawn. Satellite concessions are located throughout the venue including the Main Plaza.
• We offer wheelchair accessible seating in the orchestra and lawn, accessible restrooms, handicap accessible parking, water fountains and concessions. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own and a companion to assist with transportation if necessary. • Generally re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a Guest Services representative.
• In compliance with New Jersey State Law, anyone under age 21 will not be served alcohol. Violators will be removed from the premises. A valid ID is required to purchase alcohol.
• From the North:
  New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 11, Garden State Parkway South to Exit 116.

  From the West:
  Take the Ben Franklin Bridge to Route 38 East, to Route 73, to New Jersey Turnpike North to Exit 7A, to Route 195 East to Garden State Parkway North to Exit 116.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the amphitheater or within the Family Zone areas of our lawn. The Arts Center has a no tolerance policy for anyone engaging in illegal activity.
• PARKING: A $6.00 parking fee is included in the ticketing purchase. VIP Parking: $30.00 per car / $40.00 for limos (when available) can be purchased online up till 10 days prior to each event based on availability and at our Box Office up to the day before each performance based on availability (see Box Office hours).
• We offer merchandise sales during most performances.

• For most performances tailgating is permitted. There are a limited number of “No Tailgating” performances please check additional information on the specific artist performance purchase page. All parking areas are monitored by New Jersey State Troopers. For most shows, the parking lots will open two hours prior to gates opening.
