  • Tickets for events at The Palace of Auburn Hills can be purchased at The Palace of Auburn Hills and DTE Energy Music Theatre box offices, TicketMaster outlets, TicketMaster.com or by calling (248) 377-0100. Box Office Hours Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (or 30 minutes after event conclusion) Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (or 30 minutes after event conclusion) Non-Event Sundays: Closed Sundays With Events: 9:00 a.m. - 30 minutes after event conclusion Tickets may be purchased using cash, personal checks, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. TicketMaster outlets accept cash, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. First day sales for events are available by cash or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted for events that are less than 7 days away. We do have gift certificates available in any denomination which can be used to * Purchase tickets for any events at The Palace, DTE Energy Music Theatre, or Meadow Brook Music Festival * For purchases at Palace Locker Room Store within the Palace * For purchases in the Palace Grille Random Number Ticket On-Sales Policy The random number ticket on-sale policy is designed to give every fan an equal chance at purchasing the best tickets to an event. This method is preferred by most bands and promoters since it gives the fans an equal chance to purchase tickets and discourages scalpers from buying up the best seats and also discourages fans from having to "camp out" overnight for tickets. More Box Office Locations There are two box office locations inside The Palace of Auburn Hills. The main box office is located in the Atrium entrance, which is on the West side of the building. The Suite holders box office is located inside the East Entrance. Will-call tickets may be picked up at either location. For events with a large walk up crowd, there are also satellite windows in the West Atrium that can sell, upgrade when available, and print will-call tickets that have confirmation numbers.
