- We utilize the services of Aegis Protection Group to maintain the public safety of all concertgoers. They are a professionally-trained peer group security covering venues for over 20 years. They are assigned throughout the theatre with a permanent post at the front door.
- From the North:
Take 93 South to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive / North Station exit). Take the Government Center exit on the left. Go straight at flashing red light. Take a left onto Cambridge Street (the CVS and Spring Wells Market will be on your right). Cambridge Street turns into Tremont Street. The Orpheum Theatre is located at 1 Hamilton Place (an alley off of Tremont St), directly across from the Park Street Church. No parking is allowed on Hamilton Place.
From the South:
Take 93 North to Exit 23. Take the left lane of the exit ramp towards Government Center. Proceed straight through two sets of lights and take a left at the third light. Bear right and take a left at the light for Tremont St. Hamilton Place is on the left just before the third light on Tremont Street. The theatre is at the end of Hamilton Place. No parking is allowed on Hamilton Place.
From the East:
Take the Mass Pike East and get off at the South Station exit. - There are accessible stalls in the downstairs restrooms and accessible seating for guests with hearing, mobility and visual disabilities.

- Acceptable forms of payment include: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express, and cash.
- Conveniently located near The Boston Commons, The Orpheum Theatre is accessible from the Park Street Station on the MBTA Red and Green Lines. There is also an Orange Line station one block away at Downtown Crossing.

- To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA Driver's License, MA Liquor ID, U.S. Passport or Military ID, which indicates the patron to be at least 21 years of age. (MA ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired, damaged, and driver's licenses which do not have photos will not be accepted.) Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 21 years of age. Patrons who present an out-of-state drivers license will be required to produce a second form of identification (e.g. credit card). Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested to produce identification that satisfies the foregoing requirements. We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages per person.
