• Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa?, MasterCard?, and cash. All tickets are subject to service fees.
• The New England Dodge Music Center has three locations to purchase Artist Merchandise. The stands are located to the right of the main entrance in the lobby, and in the upper plaza.
• Infrared hearing devices are available in our administrative office for your use at no charge.
• Taxis are available in the area. Please see a Guest Services representative for assistance.
• Permanent restrooms are located to the right of the main entrance and in the Lobby. Portable restrooms are located on each side of the lawn.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
• There are no refunds or exchanges unless the show is cancelled or postponed.
• The New England Dodge Music Center (formerly known as "The Meadows Music Center") is an outdoor/indoor amphitheater located in Hartford, Connecticut. The venue, constructed in 1995, is situated on over 20 acres in Hartford?s ?North Meadows.? With a capacity of approximately 25,000, the New England Dodge Music Center is one of the largest amphitheaters in the country. The amphitheater is one of only two venues in the country that features a rolling door which can be closed during the winter months allowing year round performances. According to the Hartford Advocate?s ?Best of Connecticut Survey,? the venue was chosen four years in a row as the best venue to see a live concert. The theater?s park-like atmosphere is enhanced by attractive landscaping and tree-lined plaza area where patrons can relax and enjoy a wide variety of concessions. Located adjacent to downtown Hartford, The New England Dodge Music Centre is convenient to all of Hartford?s downtown entertaining and dining experiences.
• The venue has four ATMs. One ATM is located by the permanent outdoor restrooms. Two ATMs are located in the lobby to the left of the main lobby entrance. One ATM is located by the concession stand in the upper plaza.
• All handicap parking is located at the venue off Savitt Way.
• From the North: Take I-91 South to Exit 33 (Jennings Road) and turn right off the exit. At the first light, turn left onto Weston Street. Free parking can be found at the Connecticut Expo Center and New Road just behind the Connecticut Expo Center. Additional free parking is located on the left after you pass over R.A. Moody Overpass in the Tilcon parking lot. Premier, VIP and Handicap Parking is located adjacent to the venue - please follow the signs for these lots. From New Haven, Fairfield County & NYC Area: Take I-95 North or the Merritt Parkway North to I-91 North (begins in New Haven). Take Exit 32B (Trumbull Street) off I-91. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Market Street. Free parking lots are located immediately on the right in the Tilcon Parking lot. Additional free parking can be found at the Connecticut Expo Center and New Road just behind the Connecticut Expo Center. Premier, VIP and Handicap Parking is located adjacent to the venue - please follow the signs for these lots. From Worcester, Boston: Take I-90 to I-84 West to exit 50 (Main Street). Turn right onto Market Street. Free parking lots are located immediately on the right in the Tilcon Parking lot. Additional free parking can be found at the Connecticut Expo Center and New Road just behind the Connecticut Expo Center. Premier, VIP and Handicap Parking is located adjacent to the venue - please follow the signs for these lots. From Waterbury, Danbury: Take I-84 East to exit 50 (Main Street) and continue straight through series of traffic lights. Turn left onto Market Street. Free parking lots are located immediately on the right in the Tilcon Parking lot. Additional free parking can be found at the Connecticut Expo Center and New Road just behind the Connecticut Expo Center. Premier, VIP and Handicap Parking is located adjacent to the venue - please follow the signs for these lots.
• Per state law, open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our parking lots. This law may be enforced by Hartford Police.
• No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the venue. Photo identification is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests will be ejected and/or arrested if found providing alcoholic beverages to minors or guests without photo ID.

• The reputable staff of Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC) is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans at the New England Dodge Music Center. If you need security assistance, please see any CSC or Guest Services representative stationed throughout all areas of the venue.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Items usually allowed in this venue include: backpacks, one factory-sealed non-alcoholic beverage (must be in a plastic bottle, no larger than 1 liter), snack food in a clear plastic bag (no larger than 1 gallon in size), disposable cameras, blankets, non-pointed umbrellas, and low rise lawn chairs. • Guests may pick up their tickets prior to the show day at the Chevrolet Theatre. To pick up the tickets, you must show photo identification. For security purposes, please present the credit card used to purchase the tickets. If a third party is picking up the tickets, the purchaser must notify the seller in advance for authorization.
• The First Aid station is located inside to the right of the main entrance. The First Aid station is staffed by certified EMTs and Paramedics from American Medical Response.
• The New England Dodge Music Center is fully ADA accessible. Wheelchair seating is available for all ticket prices, including the lawn. Gates A and C are the special needs entrances. Gate A is located to the right of our main entrance and Gate C is located to the left of our main entrance.

• Box office is open on event days only. For festivals and performances taking place in the morning and afternoon, the Box Office will open at 9am. For performances taking place in the evening, the Box Office will open at 12pm. Tickets for New England Dodge Music Center events may also be purchased in person at the Chevrolet Theatre box office located at 95 South Turnpike Road in Wallingford. Regular box office hours for the Chevrolet Theatre are Monday through Friday, 10am ? 6pm.

• Handicap parking is available in our main lot located off Savitt Way.
• Photography inside the venue is prohibited. Please note that some artists do allow the use of small cameras. Guests wishing to bring cameras are encouraged to call the venue on show day to check the policy.
• Smoking is allowed in the plaza and on the lawn. Smoking is not allowed in any buildings or in the family zone on the lawn.
• Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please see a Guest Services representative.

• Your ticket price includes a parking fee. Your ticket will allow you to access to the following parking lots: Lot A located at the Connecticut Expo Center off New Road. Lot B located behind the Connecticut Expo at the end of New Road. Lot C located at Market and Pequot St., next to the Citgo station and Travelers Insurance. For sellouts, parking is available in Talcott Garage and Morgan St Garage. Please check the day of show info to see if any garage(s) will be utilized for the event you are attending. Premier Parking is available for an additional fee off Savitt Way. Premier parking availability is limited and may be purchased in advance at the Chevrolet Theatre or day of show if available.
