• The Market Place Bistro. Espresso Bar. Gourmet snacks are available beginning 2 hours prior to each show and during intermission. Fresh salads, wraps, nachos, chili, pretzels, jumbo hot dogs, burgers, tempting desserts and assorted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available.
• The Mountain Winery will have a variety of logo Jackets, Hats, Blankets and more available at every show. Additionally, Mountain Winery merchandise can be purchased online at www.mountainwinery.com. Availability of Band merchandise will vary from show to show.

• Guests must be 21 and over with valid photo identification to purchase alcohol. The Mountain Winery offers a variety of refreshments including The Mountain Winery Wine, Margaritas, Spirits, Beer, a Full Wine List and Non-alcoholic beverages.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Parking is available at the historic Mountain Winery. A fee of $15 per car will be collected at the gate. Carpooling is strongly encouraged and rewarded. To show our appreciation, carpooling concert-goers and motorcyclists will: - Have access to the VIP entrance for an expedited entry into the concert venue. - Have the opportunity to enter into a weekly random drawing for concert or Mountain Winery memorabilia. - Have access to the designated private "Carpoolers Reception" from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. with a bar and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. - Receive a coupon for a complimentary wine tasting during scheduled wine tasting hours on non-concert days. - To find fellow concert enthusiasts to carpool with, simply log on to www.mountainwinery.com
• Restrooms are located throughout the venue. If you need assistance with any of the locations please ask a staff member.
• All performances may include an unannounced opening act. Gates open 2.5 hours prior to events. Seating begins 1 hour prior (these times may be delayed due to sound check needs). The historic Mountain Winery stage is **OUTDOORS**. All events are **RAIN OR SHINE** except in the case of severe or potentially damaging weather as determined by Live Nation / Mountain Winery.
• Security is provided by our experienced in-house staff with assistance provided by local law enforcement when necessary.
• No parking on neighboring streets. No outside food or beverages. No outside alcohol, cans, bottles, large coolers, folding chairs or pets. No cameras, video or audio recorders. Cell phones must be turned off, and pagers must be on silent.
• Refunds available only in the event of cancellation. No exchanges.

• On-site medical assistance is provided by the volunteer doctors of Rock Medicine.
• Children 36 months and younger do not require a ticket. All children must be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout the show. Please kindly consider others when deciding to bring small children to the theatre.
• The Mountain Winery has wheelchair accessible seating that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. Assistive listening devices are available for no charge from the Box Office. We do require a photo ID as a deposit.
