- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time to pick up your tickets at Will Call. The venue opens approximately one hour prior to show time for most performances.
- Merchandise is available on a show-to-show basis.
- There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation.
- ATMs are located in the Box Office Lobby, as well as on the first floor concessions lounge.
- Emergency medical and transport services are provided during all performances by Yellow Ambulance Services.
- Accessible locations for guests with wheelchairs or mobility impairment are available on the orchestra level. Along with advance notice, we recommend that guests using wheelchairs be accompanied by a companion to provide assistance. Seating for an accompanying patron is available next to a wheelchair space. Take I-65 South to the Brook St./Jefferson St. Exit and take Jefferson St. to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd St. Go up 3rd street to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway. Go one block and turn right on 4th Avenue. The Louisville Palace will be on your right between Broadway and Chestnut Streets.
From the South:
Take I-65 North to the Broadway Exit and turn left onto Broadway. Proceed through three lights and turn right at the fourth traffic light on 4th Avenue. The Louisville Palace is between Broadway and Chestnut, on your right.
From the East:
From I-71 and I-64, follow signs to I-65 South. Proceed down I-65 South to the Brook St./Jefferson St. exit. Exit onto Jefferson St. and proceed down Jefferson St. to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd St. Proceed up 3rd street to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway. Proceed one block and turn right on 4th Avenue. From the West:

- The Louisville Palace opened in 1928 as the Lowe's and United Artist's State Theatre. The Theatre is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, and was designed by noted architect, John Eberson.
