• Unfortunately we do not offer group sales.
• The box office is open from May 4th through September 12th, from 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday and from 4 hours prior to the event start time through intermission on concert days.
• Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged unless the show is canceled. Tickets from a canceled show may be refunded at the point of sale.
• Will call is open on show days until the main act goes on stage. Picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up will call tickets.
• Applications can be picked up at the main office, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm. There are seasonal positions available (event staff, ushers, ticket takers, guest services)
• This venue opened in 1995.
• From the North:
  Take I-95 South or I-270 South to I-495 towards Northern Virginia. Take Rt. 66 West to Exit 44 (234 bypass). Continue to the second light and turn onto Sudley Manor Drive. Turn right at the next light on Wellington Road. Jiffy Lube Live is three miles ahead on the left.
  
  From the South:
  Take I-95 North to 234 West. Follow route 234 approximately 15 miles. Route 234 will turn into the 234 bypass / Prince William Parkway. Turn left onto Wellington Road. Continue for approximately three miles. Jiffy Lube Live is on the left.
  
  From the East:
  I-66 West to Exit 44 (234 bypass / Prince William Parkway). Continue to second light and turn right onto Sudley Manor Drive. Turn right at the next light onto Wellington Road. Jiffy Lube Live is three miles ahead on the left.
  
  From the West:
  I-66 East to Rt. 15 South. Turn left onto Rt.29. Turn right onto Linton Hall Road. Proceed to the third traffic light and turn left onto Wellington Road. Jiffy Lube Live is 1.2 miles ahead on the right.
• Accessible parking is available with the proper state identification. There are a limited number of parking spaces available on a first-come first served and event-by-event basis
• Guests drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age and provide identification when purchasing alcohol. We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages per person. Alcohol sales end 45 min before the end of the show.
  
  There is a 'no tolerance' policy for alcohol consumption in the parking lots.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket. At the request of our patrons, Jiffy Lube Live now provides a Pepsi Family Zone on the general admission lawn for most events. The Family Zone is free of smoking and alcoholic beverages, creating a more enjoyable experience for our patrons. All patrons are welcome, and no special ticket is required.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Camera policy is decided per artists’ request. Please check back closer to the show day for more specific information or call the main office at 703-754-6400.

• Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a Guest Services representative.
• Smoking is not permitted in the reserved seating area.

  -One sealed bottle of water, 32oz bottles or less!
  -Small, personal (tote-type) umbrellas

  -Personal lawn chairs - seat must be no higher than 9 inches off the ground
  -Limited food is now allowed into the venue. Food can be stored in a one-gallon clear plastic bag, limit one per person.

• Guests with visual impairments: Jiffy Lube Live provides a reserved seating area near the stage for guests with visual impairments. A limited number of seats are available. Call the Nissan Pavilion Box Office at (703) 754-6400 to request these seats. Large print and Braille menus are available at all concession stands and kiosks. Concession personnel are also available to read menus. Guests with hearing impairments: Headsets are available during all performances to assist with amplification and clarity. These assistive listening devices are located at the Guest Services booths. A TTY phone device for outbound calls is available at the phone booth located in the north plaza. A reserved seating area is available for guests who are hearing impaired. This area is reserved only for guests who require the services of a sign language interpreter. Call the Nissan Pavilion Box Office at (703) 754-6400 or TTY (703) 754-1696 to order tickets and request the services of a sign language interpreter.
• There are five ATMs -- two in each plaza and one in the VIP club.
• There are Concessions stands in both North and South Plaza
• The First Aid building is located in the North plaza.
• Artist Merchandise is available inside the main gate and in both plazas.
• There are men's and women's restrooms in the South plaza, North plaza, Entry plaza and VIP club. There are also portable restrooms in the parking lots.
• The reputable staff of Nissan Pavilion is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans at the Pavilion. If you need general, medical or security assistance, please alert any Staff representative in the venue.
• Jiffy Lube Live has accessible picnic tables and restroom facilities for our guests. Drinking fountains that are lowered are located in the North and South plazas. Concession stands have lowered counters and personnel are available to assist guests with purchasing food and beverages. Accessible phone booths are available and are located on the outside wall of the Administration building and in the North and South plazas. Accessible tickets are available at the Jiffy Lube Live Box Office during normal business hours or by calling (703) 754-6400.
