- Items not allowed in this venue include: no glass containers, funnels or beer bongs, metal flag poles, knives, firearms, fireworks, cooking grills, kegs, and motorized vehicles.
- Due to the festival style seating, reserved handicap seating is not available, except for reserved ticket holders. However, there is generally plenty of viewing area in the grass along the gravel paths and asphalt walks.

- Groups of 20 or more receive one comp ticket per order. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to event.
- Security personnel are on duty around the clock throughout the grounds for the entire week.
- ATMs are located at the Box Office and near the hilltop souvenir tent.
- Jamboree In The Hills offers a wide variety of merchandise ranging from shirts and sweatshirts to hats and blankets.
- Completely equipped ambulances and a medical facility tent are located near Gate #1. The medical facility tent is staffed and equipped to handle minor injuries, accidents and other emergencies. There is no fee for emergency medical services received on site. In the event of a problem, look for the blue-shirted medical staff for assistance. Over the counter medicines will not be provided at the medical facility tent. Such items as aspirin, sun-screen can be purchased at any of the general stores.
- Jamboree In The Hills will be celebrating its 32nd Anniversary. All of the biggest and best names in country music have performed at this event.
- Port-a-jons have been conveniently placed throughout the concert arena.
- Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband.

- Jamboree In The Hills makes every attempt to be Handicap accessible. Limited parking is available for those vehicles displaying the Handicap emblem on their license plates.
- Monday-Friday 10a.m.-4p.m. During the event, there is an on-site Box Office which is open daily from 8a.m-9p.m.
- A photo aisle directly in front of the stage is available. Only those with cameras will be permitted in this area. Video cameras and audio tape recorders are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
- There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
- There are 162 Reserved 20x50 camping spaces with no hookups. We also have 2538 General Admission 20x40 primitive spots. Campers are parked in order of arrival. If you want to camp with friends, you need to arrive together. We have portable toilets, showers, water tanks, and dump stations. Campgrounds open at 8a.m. on Monday, July 10th. Admittance to the campgrounds runs from 8a.m. to 8p.m. - Monday through Friday and 8a.m. to 12p.m. on Saturday. We provide shuttle buses to and from the concert area. One camping pass gets one vehicle into the campgrounds. You may have an extra vehicle if on a legal tow bar. We do not allow second vehicles to follow you in to unload supplies. We do have a remote parking lot available (an additional fee) for second vehicles, however, with shuttle service.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
- Items allowed in this venue include: lawn chairs, blankets no larger than 8'x10', and coolers with unopened containers of beer, water, and soda. The maximum cooler size is 48" long by 30" wide by 24" deep. Larger coolers will not be permitted through the ticket gates. The maximum length and width also apply to carts used for transporting coolers. The maximum height for carts used for transporting coolers is 37". Non-pressurized spray bottles and squirt guns with finger pump type action are the only water devices permitted. Motorized carts or dollies are permitted at management's discretion. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
- To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present valid photo identification.
- Smoking is allowed in this venue
- In order to pickup tickets at Will Call, guests need to present valid photo identification.
- Handicap port-a-jons are located at each of the port-a-jon areas.
- Not recommended for children under the age of 16. Children are charged full admission price.
- A wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages are available including: pizza, steak and sausage sandwiches, burgers, fries, Italian food, pastries, ice cream, fruit, coffee, and soft drinks. There are also general stores providing film, suntan lotion, water, and groceries.
- Daily General Admission parking is $8.00. Premier Car Parking is $25.00 per day.
