- Items allowed in this venue include: Blankets, binoculars, pocketbooks, purses, and handbags (subject to search), diaper bags (if child is present), assistance animals, snack food in clear, plastic gallon-sized bag (one per person) and factory-sealed bottle of water. - The Verizon Wireless Music Center - Birmingham (formerly known as Oak Mountain Amphitheatre) is an outdoor amphitheater owned by Live Nation located in Pelham, Alabama, a few miles south of Birmingham. VWMC is the largest outdoor music venue in Alabama with more than 10,000 reserved seats.
- From Birmingham: Take I-65 south toward Montgomery and exit at Cahaba Valley Road (Highway 119, Exit 246). Turn right on Cahaba Valley Road and continue until the road dead-ends into Highway 31. Make a left on Highway 31 and drive approximately one block to Amphitheatre Road. Turn left on Amphitheatre road and continue past the Pelham Civic Complex (on the left) until you reach the parking lot entrance. From Montgomery: Take I-65 north to Birmingham and exit at Cahaba Valley Road (Highway 119, Exit 246). Turn left on Cahaba Valley Road and continue until the road dead-ends into Highway 31. Make a left on Highway 31 and drive approximately one block to Amphitheatre Road. Turn left on Amphitheatre road and continue past the Pelham Civic Complex (on the left) until you reach the parking lot entrance. From Tuscaloosa: Take I-20/59 East to I-459 North toward Montgomery to I-65 south. Take I-65 south and exit at Cahaba Valley Road (Highway 119, Exit 246). Turn left on Cahaba Valley Road and continue until the road dead-ends into Highway 31. Make a left on Highway 31 and drive approximately one block to Amphitheatre Road. Turn left on Amphitheatre road and continue past the Pelham Civic Complex (on the left) until you reach the parking lot entrance. From Atlanta: Take I-20 West to I-459 South toward Montgomery.
- The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability. Vehicles must display a current state-issued disability placard or license plate.
- The venue offers a full complement of alcoholic beverages to guests who are of legal age. Guests are required to show a valid photo identification every time they purchase alcohol.
- There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets.
- Babes in arms (children up to two years of age) may enter free of charge, but must sit on an adult's lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket.
- The Verizon Wireless Music Center provides wheelchair accessible seating behind sections 202 and 203.

- Service animals are welcome in the venue and will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than an aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal.
- Parking fees are included with the price of your ticket. Some events now offer Premier Parking for $20.00 per vehicle. Premier Parking spaces stay reserved until the start of the show and are not first-come, first-serve. Premier Parking spaces can no longer be guaranteed if you arrive after the event begins. Parking lot gates usually open two and a half hours prior to show time, and doors to the facility usually open one and a half hours prior to showtime.
- There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue. Re-entry is only allowed for special circumstances and must be approved by a staff member.
- This venue has a non-smoking area in the first tier section. Smoking is permitted in all other areas of the venue.

- The venue is staffed with ASAP security personnel as well as members of the Pelham Police Department.
- Will Call tickets are available to be picked up approximately two hours prior to start of the show. You must show a valid photo identification and the credit card used to make the purchase in order to pick up your tickets.
- Disposable cameras and digital cameras may be allowed. Professional cameras with a small, medium, or large detachable lens, and video and audio recording devices are prohibited. Photography policies are subject to artist approval and vary by event. Please call on show day for more information.

- Items not allowed in this venue include: Pets, drugs and other illegal substances, cans and bottles, laser pointers and pens, lawn chairs, weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains), fireworks and sparklers, skates, ice chests, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls and Frisbees, outside food or beverage (except as noted), and audio and video recording devices.
- Tailgating is permitted at our venue. Parking lots are opened two hours before the doors open. Please note that Alabama state law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots.
- A full service concession facility inside the theatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food ranging from hamburgers with French fries, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs. We also offer snacks such as candy, popcorn, and pretzels. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Beer, wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper identification.
- The Verizon Wireless Music Center offers at least two ATM services to our guests, located at either end of the venue.
- While there is no official dress code, all guests must wear shirts, shoes and pants. In addition, management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
