- Cans or Bottles (with exception of one factory sealed bottle of water per person)
- Laser Pens
- Lawn Chairs
- Weapons of ANY KIND (including spiked jewelry or mace)
- Fireworks

Kid Policies
Children under 2 are permitted entrance for free. Children without a ticket must sit in parents' lap. Call the venue for specific show information.

Box Office HoursTower City Amphitheater and Plain Dealer Pavilion box offices are only open on days of events beginning at 12:00 PM.
Forms of acceptable paymentBoth box offices accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and the prefered method of payment, the American Express card. We also accept travelers checks. When using any method of payment other than cash, a valid photo will be required for purchase.
