Parking Info
Valet parking is available for most events at Bass Performance Hall. The drop-off points for Valet Parking are located on Calhoun Street and Commerce Street between 4th and 5th Streets. Valet Service opens 1 1/2 hours prior to the event and all vehicles must be retrieved no later than 45 minutes after the final curtain. The cost for Valet Parking is $10.00 per car. Cash is the only form of payment that will be accepted.
Patrons who do not wish to utilize our quick and courteous valet service are welcome to park in Carter-Burgess Parking Garage located between Calhoun and Commerce Streets, with entrances on 5th and 6th Streets -- at no charge.
Accessibility
Wheelchair patrons, please note that van-accessible parking is available at the 5th Street entrance to Carter-Burgess Parking Garage.
Bass Performance Hall has "curb-cuts" at both East and West Portals, creating convenient drop-off points for wheelchair patrons.
Valet Service is capable of parking and assisting handicapped patrons.
Wheelchairs will be provided when necessary, as well as any assistance that is needed to get into the Hall.

The Bass Hall Box Office accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover.
Cash and check are also accepted in person.
Box Office service charges vary.
Groups of 10 or more are welcomed with a discount of 10% to 20% on select performances.
To pick up tickets at will call, which are available immediately after purchase, you will need to present the actual credit card used in the transaction and a photo ID. If you are not picking up the tickets yourself, please phone our call center at 877-212-4280 during normal business hours.
The Box Office is not open on select legal holidays. Free 15 minute parking is available on Commerce Street, in front of the Box Office, to purchase tickets.
