Parking Info
Paid event parking at special rates for Bank of America Pavilion events is available at the Seaport Hotel Garage and the EDIC Garage; both are within a short walk of the Pavilion.
 
The Seaport Hotel Garage can be accessed from Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance is at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and B Street, three blocks before the Pavilion.
 
The EDIC garage is on Northern Avenue. Follow Northern Avenue past Bank of America Pavilion, straight around the rotary, and it will be ahead on the right.
 
Other parking is also available at several surface parking lots through the waterfront area near Bank of America Pavilion
 
 
Accessibility Info
Ample special needs seating is available underneath the main pavilion in the reserved seating area.
 
Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own, as well as a companion to assist with transport if necessary.
 
Special needs seating is available through the Orpheum Theatre at 617.728.1600 and also through Ticketmaster at either www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 617.931.2000.
 
 
Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
 For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age), may enter without a charge. All other children pay full ticket price.

Summer Months 12pm - 5pm Monday - Friday and Show Days.
Tickets may also be purchased at the Orpheum Theatre 10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday
 
Forms of acceptable payment
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cash are welcome at the Bank of America Pavilion and Orpheum Theatre.
Personal checks cannot be accepted. A photo ID must be presented with any credit card purchase.
 
Box Office Service Charge
There is no service charge for tickets purchased at the Bank of America Pavilion or the Orpheum Theatre. If tickets are purchased through Ticketmaster, service charges may be assessed.
 
Will-Call Tickets
 Will call is open beginning 4pm on show days for that evening"s show. Tickets may only be picked up at will call for that evening"s performance.

Take the MBTA subway, commuter rail, or bus to South Station and connect to the Silver Line Waterfront Line. Take the Silver Line to the Silver Line Way stop. As you exit Silver Line Way you will see Bank of America Pavilion one block away.

Guests are welcome to bring:

- Small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbook, purses or handbags (all subject to search).

- Binoculars

- Disposable or digital cameras without a flash (when approved by the artist).  For shows where artists do prohibit all cameras, guests will be asked to return them to their car or check them at the front gate.

- Snack Food in Clear, Plastic Gallon Size Bag, (1) per Person

- Factory sealed plastic bottle of water (1) per person

- Blankets - There is no lawn seating at Bank of America Pavilion, so use of blankets would be for warmth.

- Cell Phones (although we encourage our guests to use their cell phones prior to performances and during intermissions.  If cell phone use is necessary during a performance, we ask that our guests move away from all seating areas before making or receiving calls.  Cell phone use during performances can disturb neighboring guests and performers).

- Strollers - when not in use, strollers should be checked at the front gate to prevent tripping hazards in the rows and aisles.

 - Ponchos and rain gear

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, Bank of America Pavilion prohibits the following items (guests will be asked to return them to their car or check them at the front gate):

- Coolers (non-medical)

- Glass bottles

- Umbrellas (guests may use them to get to and from their automobiles or the Silver Line station, but we do not allow umbrellas to be deployed on the grounds in order to prevent sightline obstructions or eye injuries that can result from umbrellas used in crowded areas).

- Professional cameras

- Audio and video recording devices

- Laser pointers/pens

- Weapons

- Firearms/fireworks

- Illegal substances

- No animals may be brought into the venue except officially designated animals that assist our guests with special needs.
