Accessibility Info:
Handicap seating is available. Handicap entrance and elevator is located at the Third Street doors. All bathrooms are wheel chair accessible.

Tickets for Joe Louis Arena events may be purchased at the Joe Louis Arena and Fox Theatre box offices and Hockeytown Authentics in Troy (without service charges) and all Ticketmaster locations, including Marshall Field’s. To charge by phone, call 248.645.6666.

Group Tickets:
Group discounts are available for many of the events at Olympia Entertainment venues. Generally, groups of 15 or more qualify for group discounts. The group requirement may be less depending on the event. Please call 313.471.3099 for individual show information. Our representatives are available to take calls Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Will Call Tickets:
Will call tickets are available at the box office two hours prior to the event. Individuals must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number. The will call window is located at the box office on street level on the W. Jefferson side of the building.
