Parking
Parking at the Laredo Entertainment Center has a fee of $5 for each parking space at a family show, trade or exhibit-type show, or Laredo Bucks or Laredo Lobos game (including tailgaters), and an $8 charge for each car parked at all other ticketed events such as concerts, rodeos, or professional sporting events other than hockey and indoor football.

ADA Parking: Parking accommodations for guests with disabilities are available in Lot B. Accessible parking will also be provided in the VIP Parking Area, but these spaces will be reserved for guests with special parking permits. Gates A, B, and the Main Entrance are easily accessible from these parking areas.

Accessibility
SIGN INTERPRETERS

The Laredo Entertainment Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the performer. Box Office

Box Office Hours
Monday - Friday 10a - 6p. During events that fall on Saturday and Sunday the Box Office will open from 10:00 am to two hours after doors open.

For events other than Bucks games, please contact your Laredo Entertainment Center Group Sales Representative, Anissa, at 956-791-9192 or atrevino@lecarena.com.

Will-Call Tickets
For all Laredo Entertainment Center events, guests may pick up pre-purchased tickets at Will Call with a valid photo I.D. at the Main Entrance Box Office. You may use any open window at the Box Office to pick up your tickets.
