FROM PHILADELPHIA:
Take the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike (I-476) North to Exit 115 (Wyoming Valley) Pick up I-81 North. Follow to Exit 182 and make a right off the exit onto Montage Mountain Road.
FROM WILKES BARRE, HARRISBURG:
Take I-81 North to Exit 182 and make a right off the Exit onto Montage Mountain Road.
TRAFFIC BEATER!!! - Traveling from the South - use Exit 180 on I-81 (the exit is from the left hand lane!) - bear right onto Rt. 11 South, stay in the left hand lane, go straight across the lights at the bottom of the hill, make a left onto Rt. 502, turn left onto Glenmaura Blvd., at the light make a right onto Montage Mountain Road.
LEHIGH VALLEY / ALLENTOWN:
Take Rt. 33 North to I-80 West to I-380 North to Exit 20, Daleville / Moscow (Rt. 307). Take right at top of ramp and another right at first light on to Rt. 502 West. Travel 14 miles and take right onto Glenmaura Blvd. At next light take a right onto Montage Mountain Road.
FROM BINGHAMTON, NY:
Take I-81 South to Exit 182 and make a right off the Exit onto Montage Mountain Road.
FROM NORTHERN NJ, NYC, AND DELAWARE WATER GAP:
Take I-80 West to I-380 North to Exit 20, Daleville / Moscow Exit (Rt. 307). Take right at top of ramp and another right at first light on to Rt. 502 West. Travel 14 miles and take right onto Glenmaura Blvd. At next light take a right onto Montage Mountain Road.
GATES AND DOORS
It is recommended that patrons arrive early to the venue on the day of the show. Doors generally open 1 ? prior to show time listed on ticket. Come out early, miss the traffic and enjoy fun and original performances by up-and-coming entertainers on our side stage located in the south plaza.
PARKING
Parking is available on the Toyota Pavilion grounds and surrounding areas. General parking is included in the price of admission unless otherwise stated. Parking Lots open at 3:00pm for most shows and earlier for festival type events.
Limousines, motorcycles, buses and other special vehicles should follow directions of parking staff when entering lot. There is no special charge for these vehicles.
When possible, we operate a shuttle through the parking lots prior to the show for your comfort and convenience. However some walking will be necessary. The majority of the parking area has a rolling terrain with loose gravel and stone surface. Patrons may be required to use a staircase when parking in the upper lots.
If you leave your car overnight we ask that you remove it by 12:00 noon the next day, we apologize but we cannot be held responsible for vehicles left in the lots.
ACCESSIBILITY
Interpretive Services
Upon request and approval by show, Toyota Pavilion will be able to provide a Sign Interpreter. Please contact Box Office at (570 961 9000) at least three (3) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service.
Listening Devices
Toyota Pavilion is also equipped with a Sound Assisted Listening Device system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. Guests who are interested in this service should visit our Guest Services Booth located in the Lower Plaza. If possible, we ask that if you are interested in Assisted Listening, please contact the Box Office at (570 961 900) prior to the day of the show.
Parking and Directions
Parking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are located in the Lower Lot entering through Gate2 . Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to this area without delay. Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code requires that License Plates and Placards for people with disabilities be used only by the registered recipient and must be either the driver or a passenger in that vehicle.
Restrooms
All restrooms located at the Toyota Pavilion are accessible.
Service Animals
Services animals are welcome at all events. We ask that they remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you bring a service animal to a show, please notify your ticket representative so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
Tickets
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions at all price levels. We can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair as well as for those who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair. Additionally, we can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment. As with all fans, we recommend that you purchase your tickets as early as possible once they have gone on sale. All tickets purchased are available on a first come, first served, basis.
KID POLICY & FAMILY ZONE INFORMATION
For all events, children who have not celebrated their second birthday are admitted free if they sit on the lap of an adult in either reserved or lawn seating areas.
At the request of our patrons, Toyota Pavilion now provides a Family Zone on the general admission lawn for most events. The Family Zone is free of smoking and alcoholic beverages, creating a more enjoyable experience for our patrons. All patrons are welcome, and no special ticket is required!

Group Ticket Sales: (Not available for all shows)
For shows that do offer Group Sales, attending an event as a group may include such benefits as discounted ticket prices and the opportunity to order tickets prior to public onsale. Will Call Tickets
On Event days, Will Call at Toyota Pavilion will open at 3:00pm and is usually open until the start of the main act. In order to pick up tickets, Ticketmaster customers must bring the following information:
- Credit Card used to purchase Tickets
- Ticketmaster Confirmation Number
- Photo Identification
For Will Call other than Ticketmaster orders, patrons need to bring their photo ID, confirmation number if applicable, as well as knowledge of who arranged for tickets to be left at will call.
The Box Office does not release tickets to anyone other than the name on the account, if you would like someone else to pick up your tickets please contact the person arranging tickets or Ticketmaster.
The Toyota Pavilion does not accept Will Call from outside sources.
Tickets and passes left by radio stations or the bands are not received until the day of the event and are dropped off at the discretion of the person delivering tickets.
