Accessible Seating
Time Warner Cable Amphitheater at Tower City offers accessible restrooms, seating and parking.

ADA seating is available through Ticketmaster phone, internet or outlets.  ADA seating is available at the TWCA box office after 12:00 PM on event days.  If you have further questions or need special provisions, please contact Live Nation at 440-247-2722 (weekdays, 9:30AM – 6:00PM).  Please make contact at least 48 hours in advance of the event you plan to attend.

When purchasing ADA seating by phone or in person, please mention your need for special considerations.  When purchasing via Ticketmaster website, follow the instructions on the website.  You may purchase up to 2 companion tickets (3 total) when you buy ADA tickets. For reserved seating shows, ADA seating is located in the last 3 rows of Section 1 and 3.

For general admission (standing room only) shows, an ADA ticket is not available for purchase.  Simply purchase a general admission ticket(s).  When you arrive at the venue, please stop at the box office.  Staffers will direct you to the ADA area.  The ADA area is available on first-come, first-served basis.


Accessible Parking
Accessible parking spaces are located at the entrance of TWCA.  Enter off of Canal Road of W. 3rd Street.  Look for the blue and white signs.

Will Call Tickets
You can pick up Ticketmaster and Live Nation Tickets will call orders beginning at 12:00 PM on the day of the event.  You will need a valid picture ID.  Band, radio, and other will call is generally available after 6:00 PM.
 

Forms of acceptable payment
Both box offices accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and the prefered method of payment, the American Express card. We also accept travelers checks. When using any method of payment other than cash, a valid photo will be required for purchase.

What to Bring / Not Bring
In order to ensure a safe environment, the following items are NOT PERMITTED:
-Animals (unless they assist an individual with a disability)
-Illegal Substances
-Cans or Bottles (with the exception of one factory-sealed bottle of water per    person)
-Laser Pens
-Lawn Chairs
-Weapons of ANY KIND (including spiked jewelry)

The Chagrin Falls, OH office of Live Nation, a leading live event and venue management company, is seeking energetic and motivated interns for Fall / Winter 2009. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to gain hands on experience in the music business. Interns will assist with mailings for concert club members, prepare and edit correspondences, answer inbound phone calls, and perform general office duties as needed. Participation in weekly marketing meetings will give interns the opportunity to learn from employees across all departments and see firsthand how a production comes together. Interns will also help with event preparation and onsite activation for the 13^th Annual High School Rock Off.

Job Requirements: This is an unpaid internship with flexible hours.  Reliable transportation is a must. Interns must receive academic credit from their college or university.
