Parking /Traffic Info
Parking is located on the amphitheater grounds. Regular parking charges are included in the price with your purchased ticket. There are no special charges for limos, motorcycles or buses.
 
Premier Parking is available for an aditional cost that is determined per show, and is available in advance through Ticketmaster or the Box Office. Premier Parking lots are closest to the main entrance (limited capacity).
 
Accessible parking is available near the main entrance.
 
VIP and other lots open 2.5 to 3 hours prior to show time for most shows. Please check the event information page on our website or contact us at 615-641-5800 for exact times on Early Arrival, VIP and regular lot times.
 

Special Traffic Notes: Traffic for this event will be heavy because the event is almost sold out.  You may experience delays. We recommend that you come early so that you will not miss a minute of this great evening.

 

Starwood amphitheatre can be accessed from several different exits off I-24. 

 

Exit 62 – Old Hickory Blvd.  Turn left onto Old Hickory and go to the third traffic light Murfreesboro Pike.  Turn right and Starwood Amphitheatre will be located on your right.

 

Exit 64 – Waldron Road, turn right onto Waldron Road until it dead-ends into Murfreesboro Pike.  Turn left onto Murfreesboro Pike and Starwood Amphitheatre will be on your left.

 

Exit 59 – Bell Rd, turn left onto Bell Road.  At traffic light turn right onto Murfreesboro Pike (approximately 2.6 miles).  Starwood Amphitheatre will be on your right at the corner of Murfreesboro Pike and Old Hickory Boulevard. 

 
Amphitheater is not responsible for vehicles left overnight.
 
Accessibility Info
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions; including guests with wheelchairs, hearing and visually impaired, and guests with mobility impairments.
 
Medical staff is located at all entrences to help patrons to their seats.
 
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster or the amphitheater Box Office.
 
Show Team members (staff) are available to assist with transactions at all concession and merchandise stands.
 
Upon request, a Sign Interpreter will be provided. Please contact the amphitheater Box Office (615-641-5800) at least three (3) weeks prior to the show.
Accessible Parking is available for all events. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror or license plate in order to assist the Parking Team members in directing you.
 
All amphitheater restrooms are accessible. Any Show Team member can assist you with the locations.
 
Service animals are welcome at all events, and request they remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you are bringing a service animal, please notify the person selling you your ticket at the time of purchase so aisle seating can be reserved for you.
 
Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
For all events, children two (2) and under are admitted free if they sit on the lap of an adult in the reserved seatin or have lawn tickets.
 
No special ticket for the child is required, simply identify your child as being two (2) or under to the ticket taker when entering the facility.
 
Please note, we understand when you bring young children, you need to bring ''supplies'' such as diapers and special food. For safety reasons, we may need to visually inspect the bag you bring those supplies in.

  • Lawn Chairs - Limited to 24 inches tall when fully extended - NO BAG CHAIRS
  • Ponchos/Rain Coats - if weather dictates

  • Sunscreen - non-aerosol
  • Umbrellas - small tote size only

Starwood Amphitheatre Job Fair announced for April 21!

Starwood Amphitheatre is looking for fun, energetic and customer-oriented people. Exciting opportunities exist for students, teachers, seniors and anyone interested in being part of a team committed to bringing guests the best concert experience in the area.
