• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre - Box Office Hours: (beginning March 2, 2009)

  On show days, the box office will be open from 12:00pm until the time the main headlining act has taken the stage. After 9/26/09, the box office will be closed for the season. The box office will reopen beginning with the first on sale of the 2010 season.
  
  The Administration office is open Monday through Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays when an event is not being held.
  On show days, the Administration office is open from 10:00am - 9:00pm. After 9/26/09, the Administration office will be closed for the season.
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre has many concession stands located conveniently throughout the facility.
  Our concession stands feature a large number of food and beverage choices. There's something for everyone!
• ACCESSIBLE PARKING:
  Accessible Parking is available for vehicles displaying official tags.
  When you arrive, parking attendants will direct you to the designated accessible parking area.

  First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre is fully accessible for guests who need special seating arrangements.

• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre is committed to the responsible consumption of alcohol.
  Guests drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age and provide identification when purchasing alcohol.
  Precautions such as wrist-banding may take place to encourage a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  Guests are not permitted to bring in any alcoholic beverages of their own.

  Oak Park Avenue is closed at 183rd St. so any traffic that goes North on Harlem to 183rd will be redirected.
• Items PERMITTED in this venue include:
  Snack food in clear plastic gallon-size bag or soft sided cooler.
  Factory sealed plastic bottle of water (20 oz. maximum, and limited to one per person.)
  Low profile beach chair (no taller than 9” off the ground.)
  Diaper bags when a child is present.

• Should you require medical attention, First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre provides trained professional medical response teams during each event.
  Our First Aid building is conveniently located next to Gate 3.
• Tailgating is not permitted at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre.
• First Midwest Bank is proud to provide theatre guests with several ATMs throughout the facility.
  Any available staff member will be happy to point you in the direction of the closest ATM(s).
• Please call the venue on the day of the show to confirm as photo policies vary from show to show.
  Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are permitted when approved by the artist.
  Should photography be permitted, only disposable, small digital, and non-professional film cameras are permitted.
  Generally speaking, if a camera has a detachable lens, it will be considered “professional.”
  
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre is the largest outdoor amphitheatre in Chicago where over 400,000 fans experience the thrill of live concert entertainment each year.
  From the relaxing vibe of the lawn to the intense experience of the front row, every fan has the best seat in the house!
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist and/or management discretion.
• Interpreter services and assisted listening devices are available upon request.
  Please contact the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at least one week prior to the event date to arrange for these services.
• While there is no specific dress code requirement, we do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre has many clean and accessible restrooms located throughout the facility.
• Camping is not permitted at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre.
• Smoking is not permitted in the covered seating area.
• Dropping-off and picking-up guests is easy at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre!
  
  DROP-OFF:
  After entering any of the amphitheatre's main gates, drivers will be directed to the designated drop off area at Gate 5.
  
  PICK-UP:
  When picking-up guests, drivers should return to the drop off site at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at least 45 minutes before the performance ends.
  Please note that it is very important to return on time. For safety & traffic flow reasons, police will not allow late-comers onto First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre grounds until all vehicles have exited the facility.
• First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre has two fully staffed merchandise stands to service all of your concert needs.
• PAYMENT:
  Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover, and cash.
  If paying by credit card, you must be the cardholder and present a matching state issued photo identification.
  
  BOX OFFICE SERVICE CHARGE:
  Service charge at the box office is $6.00 per ticket for ticket purchases in advance and on the day of the show.
  **Service charges are subject to vary by show.
• Will Call tickets purchased through LiveNation.com are available for pick-up during normal box office hours, both in advance & on the day of the show.
  Please be sure to bring your order confirmation number and will call collection code when picking up your tickets at the box office.
  You must present a photo ID which matches the Will Call name on your order to receive your tickets.
  
• All ticket sales are final.
  There are no refunds and no exchanges.
• General Parking:
  A parking fee is included in the price of your ticket unless otherwise noted.
  
  VIP Parking:
  VIP Parking is located close to the front gates and is held until show time.
  Look for our VIP Parking signs or ask a parking attendant when you arrive at the venue. We'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction!
  VIP Parking is available for an additional charge of $30.00.
  
  VIP Parking Plus Parking:
  The VIP Parking Plus lot allows you to park even closer to our concert gates and exit even faster with exclusive use of our priority exit lane!
  Upon arrival at the venue, please follow all signs for the VIP Parking lot. Once you reach the VIP Parking lot, you will be directed to the special VIP Parking Plus section of the lot.
  VIP Plus Parking is available for an additional charge of $40.00.
  
  Limo & Oversized Vehicle Parking:
  Taking a limo, bus, or RV to the show? We've got room for you too!
  Limo Parking is available for an additional charge of $50.00.
  Oversized Vehicle Parking (Busses, RVs, Tractor Trailers, etc.) is available for an additional charge of $75.00.
  
  All Parking Passes can be purchased in advance online at LiveNation.com, at the box office, and on the day of the show in our parking lots (subject to availability.)
