• Tickets can be purchased for guests with disabilities by calling Live Nation Ticketing Customer Service at 1-888-598-4299.
  Restrooms and food and beverage stands are all accessible inside the venue.
• Restrooms are located throughout the venue.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Items allowed in this venue include: blankets, lawn chairs factory sealed plastic bottle of water (one per person), food in a soft sided six pack sized cooler or smaller, and cameras without professional lenses. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• Before 3:00 p.m. you may pickup tickets at Darien Lake Theme Park Guest Services, located near the Theme Park entrance. After 3:00 p.m., you may pickup tickets at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center Box Office, located near the main entrance of the venue.
• Camping is available through Darien Lake Theme Park. Reservations are required. Please call (585) 599-2211 or email accommodations@godarienlake.com.
• The cost of general admission parking is included in the price of your concert ticket. Please show your concert ticket as you enter the Theme Park parking lot (entrance located off Route 77). For an additional fee of $15.00, VIP Parking is available in an enclosed lot near the concert entrance gates. VIP Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• You may upgrade your concert ticket to include Darien Lake Theme Park admission for $9.00, or visit Darien Lake Theme Park Guest Services on the day of show and receive Theme Park admission for only $15.00.

• Proper attire is required upon entering the facility. We do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
• A variety of hot foods, snacks and beverages including beer and wine are available throughout the venue.
• There are two merchandise stands located on each of our two concourses. They sell a variety of official artist merchandise.
• NY State certified first aid stations are located on each concourse.
• Tailgating is permitted at the venue. Grass lots open usually 3 1/2 hours before the start of the show. Genesee County Sheriffs patrol the lot for our patron's safety.
• Smoking is permitted in the concourse and lawn areas. Smoking is not permitted in the reserved seating area or the VIP Club.

• From the North:
  Exit 48A off NYS Thruway (I-90) and drive south six miles on Route 77. Alternate routes are suggested for concerts and high volume weekends.
  
  From the South:
  Take NYS I-90 East to Exit 48A. Go six miles south on Rte. 77.
  
  From the East:
  Take NYS I-90 West to Exit 48 (Batavia). Take Rte. 98 south to Rte. 20. Take Rte. 20 West to Rte. 77. Go two miles north on Rte. 77.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket. Please make sure your children's hearing is protected.
• The reputable staff of Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC) is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans at Darien Lake PAC. If you need general, medical or security assistance, please see any CSC representative stationed throughout all areas of the venue.
• Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please see a Guest Services representative.
• Stay just steps away from all the fun at our beautiful Darien Lake Lodge on the Lake Hotel with 160 family-sized rooms and suites, which can sleep up to six people. The hotel features an outdoor heated swimming pool (weather permitting), a wading pool, and Satellite TV. At Darien Lake Lodge on the Lake Hotel, you'll receive deluxe hotel accommodations, unlimited use of the theme park thrill rides, water rides, kiddie rides, shows and attractions and free parking. • Darien Lake PAC was constructed and opened in 1993. The seating is divided between fixed stadium style seats and open-air lawn seats. Originally the fixed pavilion seating was not covered. In 1997, more permanent seats where added along with a fabric tensile structure to cover 100 - 400 fixed seats. The Pavilion also has 50 private boxes. Accessible seating is located throughout the seating pavilion
• The Darien Lake Performing Arts Center Box Office is open on show days only, four hours prior to the scheduled performance. Darien Lake Theme Park Guest Services also sells tickets during all Park operating hours.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: weapons, alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, ice chests, banners, flyers, beach balls, frisbees, fireworks, outside food or beverage (except as noted), and video and audio recording devices.
• For the safety of all of our guests, all beer and wine purchases are limited. There is a strict identification check before any beverages are sold. Certain shows may restrict beer and wine sales.
• Parking for guests with disabilities near the main entrance gate is also available for all shows. Follow designated signage upon entering the main parking lot. Please make sure you display the proper placard on your rearview mirror so that we can direct you to the proper location. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Unless a performance is cancelled, there are no refunds or exchanges on concert tickets. Tickets for cancelled performances may be returned at point of purchase only.
• ATMs are available for patron use on the two concourses.
• Disposable or digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. Professional photo equipment is not allowed. Subject to artist approval and varies by event. Please call on the show day for more information.
• Interpreters are available upon request. Please contact the administrative office at (585) 599-5040 at least two weeks prior to the scheduled performance to make proper arrangements. Assisted listening devices are available at Guest Services inside the venue.
• Darien Lake Performing Arts Center will be accepting applications for the following positions: Box Office, Users, and Maintenance staff. Please call (585) 599-5040 Monday -Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule an interview.
