• Group seating is available for parties of 20 or more. For more information, please call the Box Office at (602) 254-7200 x223.
• Will Call tickets may be picked up at the West Box Office only. The West Box Office is located near the 83rd Avenue entrance and is marked by blue signs. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call window must show two forms of identification (photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets) and must bring their confirmation number.
• The Cricket Wireless Pavilion offers five ATMs to our guests, located throughout the venue and behind the East and West Box Offices.
• Smoking is allowed in this venue in a designated area only: the East plaza next to the side stage.
• The Cricket Wireless Pavilion provides wheelchair accessible seating.
• The closest hotels to Cricket Pavilion are the Comfort Suites and Econo Lodge, both located at 83rd Avenue and McDowell Road.
• Disposable cameras and digital cameras may be allowed. Professional cameras with a small, medium, or large detachable lens, and video and audio recording devices are prohibited.
• Merchandise will be available for sale in the East and West Plazas throughout the performance.
• The venue is fitted with security staff, headquartered in the West Plaza.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: Camping chairs in carrying bags, laser pointers, weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives, wallet chains, fireworks, and mace), and laser pointers. Note: Additional prohibited items may be included depending on show. Please call on show day for any updates.
• The parking lot is special needs accessible and based upon availability. Please contact the Cricket Pavilion directly at (602) 254-7200 if you need additional assistance.
• Tailgating is not allowed.
• Items allowed in this venue include: Low profile beach chairs (9" or less from the ground), small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbooks, purses and handbags (subject to search), small (collapsible) umbrellas, ponchos and rain gear, diaper bags (if child is present), blankets, empty spray misters, fans, snack food in clear, plastic gallon-sized bag (one per person), and factory sealed bottle of water (one per person, one gallon limit). • First Aid services are located in the West Plaza.
• Camping is not allowed.
• Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a Guest Services representative.
• The facility is fitted with full service and special needs restrooms throughout the plazas.
• There are no refunds or exchanges for any unused tickets.
• A $6.00 ticket/service fee is applied at all times to tickets purchased at the Cricket Wireless Pavilion box office. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express and Discover. Season Tickets and VIP Box Suites are available. • For most shows, parking fees are included with the price of your ticket. Parking lots typically open two hours prior to show time.
  
  VIP Parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $20.00 per car, and $40.00 for buses, limos and RVs. You may enter the VIP Parking lot from 79th avenue. VIP Parking spaces stay reserved until the start of the show and are not first-come, first-serve. VIP Parking spaces can no longer be guaranteed if you arrive after the event begins.
• Box office opens day of show from 10 a.m. until the headliner takes the stage.
• Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions. The Cricket Wireless Pavilion provides accommodations for guests with limited mobility and visual and hearing impairments. For accommodations beyond seating please call the Box Office at least two weeks prior to the event at (602) 254-7200 x223.
• A full concession menu is available on site. Beer, Wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper ID A full service concession facility is located at this venue. Guests may choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices. Beer, wine, and other specialty cocktails are available with proper identification.
• Most shows include a Family Zone area on the lawn. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are prohibited in this area. Seating in the family zone is based on availability.
• From Northern Arizona:
  Take I-17 south to I-10 west. Take I-10 west to either the 75th Avenue or 83rd Avenue exit. Take 75th Avenue or 83rd Avenue north for one-half mile, then follow the signs to the parking lots.
