The box office is open on show days from 10am to approximately 9pm (depending on the event). Please call 619-671-3500 to confirm box office hours for non show days. All advance sales are done via www.LiveNation.com or thru www.Ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
No refund of tickets
Day of show only. Ticketmaster will call begins at 10am. You must have the credit card used for purchase and a valid I.D. to pick up tickets Generally, Artist and Promoter will call begins 1.5 hours before gates open. Times vary by show.
All children 2 years and older must have a ticket. Children under 2 yrs old without a ticket must be able to sit on the lap.
Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing wallet chains, spikes, or clothing with obscene language
All guests entering the Amphitheater will be subject to a pat down search, and an inspection of all purses, conducted by security personnel

Smoking is not permitted within the seating area of the amphitheater.Smoking is permitted within the plazas (concession areas).
Per a City of Chula Vista ordinance, the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the amphitheater parking lot is prohibited. Those in violation may be ticketed by on site Chula Vista Police Department Personnel
Guests are allowed binoculars, small purses, a blanket or small profile beach chair for lawn seating (no tall chairs)
VIP Parking $40.00, RV’s & Limos $40.00

GENERAL PARKING: INCLUDED IN PRICE OF TICKET
Trained security services personnel are available to assist any guest at any event.

Guest Services staff are available to assist patrons. Guest Services is located at the Guest Services building in the West Plaza, near the main entrance gates.
