- Pre-season, post Labor Day and non-performance days hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. -- Monday - Friday. The Box Office will stay open until an hour after the performance begins on the evening of a show.
- Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
- There is a commuter rail between Boston and Mansfield. There is no public transportation between the Tweeter Center and the Mansfield Rail Station. The distance is approximately 2 1/2 miles and taxis are available. Please visit www.mbta.com, for schedule information.
- Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. For shows where cameras are prohibited, guests will be asked to return them to their car.
- There are 4 merchandise stands inside the front gates. Two are located on either side of the walkways leading to the pavilion covered seats and two are located on the upper walkways leading to the lawn.
- The Comcast Center has a parking lot for guests with disabilities located close to the front gates of the venue. Valid permits are required and we will verify the permit holder is present. This parking lot queues for exiting with the other lots and does not provide preferential exiting.
- We have a fully staffed first aid office located in the administration building.

- The parking lot for guests with disabilities is located close to the front gates of the venue. To access this lot, please be sure to bring a current Persons with Disabilities parking placard.
- Only passenger vehicles are permitted to park in our lots. Buses and recreational vehicles are allowed. Box trucks, trailers, or other large commercial type vehicles are prohibited. Please note 'nothing in tow' is allowed.
The Tweeter Center facility contains 17 complimentary parking lots. For an additional fee, VIP Parking offers easy access to the venue and a quicker exit. VIP Parking can be purchased through Livenation.com or at the Tweeter Center Boston Box Office. Parking passes must be shown prior to entering designated area. - There is no advantage to arriving more than one hour before a show goes on sale. Line numbers will be distributed one hour before sale-time. These numbers do not guarantee you tickets to the show, only a place in line. Once everyone gets a number, a starting number will be chosen and the line will be put in order. Acceptable forms of payment include: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express, Discover, and cash. Box Office Service Charge: There is a $6.00 convenience fee per ticket at the Box Office, unless otherwise noted.
- Items not allowed in this venue include: professional cameras, cans, glass bottles, chairs, umbrellas, video or audio recording devices, laser pointers, and sharp or dangerous items, including firearms, weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks and mace, If these items are in your possession when attempting to enter the gate, you will be asked to return them to your car.
- We have a variety of food and beverages available on the concourse of the venue.
- The Comcast Center has wheelchair accessible seating. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own, as well as a companion to assist with transport if necessary.

- Items allowed in this venue include: disposable cameras, digital camera (no removable lenses), backrests that sit flat on the ground (without legs), small bags or backpacks (subject to inspection), seat cushions, snack or picnic food in one clear, plastic gallon-size bag, (one per person), bottled water (factory sealed, one per Person) Items listed are subject to change or vary at time of show.

VIP Premium Services:
1-888-MY-LN-TIX - For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
- The Comcast Center, originally Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts, located in Mansfield Massachusetts is 19,900 capacity amphitheatre. Of that amount 14,400 are reserved seats, 7,400 are in the pavilion, 7,000 are open air seating, and 5,500 are on the lawn.
- Will-Call opens at 4:00 p.m. You must have your credit card, confirmation number and photo identification to pick up your tickets.
- There are three ATM machines located inside the Comcast Center main gates. Two are adjacent to each entrance to the Pavilion. There is also an ATM machine located beside the Guest Services Kiosk by the Main Gate.
- We utilize the services of Aegis Protection Group to maintain the public safety of all concertgoers. They are a professionally trained peer group security service with over 20 years of experience. They are assigned throughout the facility.
- For safety purposes we do not allow re-entry at the Comcast Center. Exit and re-entry are only allowed for emergency purposes and must be approved by a manager before exiting the facility.
- Smoking in reserved seating is prohibited.
- Group tickets may be purchased in larger quantities only after the event has been on sale for two weeks. There are no discounts.
- Hiring for each season starts on the first day of March You may submit a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Comcast Center, 885 South Main St., Mansfield, MA 02048 or go to www.livenation.com.
- To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA driver’s license, MA liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be at least 21 years of age. (MA ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver’s licenses which do not have photos will not be accepted.)
Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age. Patrons between the ages of 25 – 30 who provide an out-of-state drivers license will be required to produce a second form of identification (e.g., credit card).
Rhode Island patron’s between 21 and 30 years of age must present valid, non-duplicated state issued driver’s license and will be required to present a second form if identification (e.g., credit card).
Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested at any time to produce identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages.
Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest.
Any patron who passes alcohol to another patron who is unable to provide an acceptable form of identification as listed above may be subject to eviction.
We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron.
Our alcohol service will end at least one hour prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time.
We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated.
Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction.
Sportservice retains the right to refuse any ID, and to refuse/cease service to any patron at any time. Our policies are in place for your protection, as well as ours.
