Directions

Via Cross Bronx Expressway:
Take the 181st Street exit (last exit in NY),
Follow 181st Street and turn left onto Fort Washington Avenue, continuing into Fort Tryon Park,
Follow Margaret Corbin Drive through the park to the Cloisters.

From Manhattan (westside) & NJ:
Take the Westside Highway and/or the Henry Hudson Parkway (off the GWB) north,
Look for the exit marked "Fort Tryon Park, Cloisters"
Cars must enter from the Parkway on the Weekends.

Parking

There is free parking adjacent to the Cloisters. Dont leave valuables in your car.

The box office opens 2 hours before each show.

Customers can pick up their tickets 45 minutes prior to the show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a photo i.d. and the order number.

Accessible Seating

Seating for persons with disabilities is available. Those in need of assistance should call 212-650-2280 in advance to make arrangements.

General Rules

Ticket price includes admission to the Cloisters museum. Ticketholders must identify themselves to the admission staff.
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the Cloisters. Video or Audio recording is strictly prohibited.

Children Rules

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
