  • Chastain Park Amphitheatre is a municipally owned venue and in accordance with the Georgia State Clean Air Act of 2005, smoking is not permitted in any area of the Amphitheatre. We advise you to observe the same practices you would when attending a movie or restaurant. It is our obligation to protect the health and safety of all our patrons and request you respect this policy and refrain from smoking inside the amphitheatre.
  • Children of any age must have a ticket for admission to the Chastain Park Amphitheatre. Most shows are not appropriate for infants and toddlers.
  • The Box Office opens two hours prior to concert start time, on show nights only.

  • Parking may be purchased along with your subscription package. Handicap Parking is located on Pool Rd. across from the box office. Order early to secure your space.
  • Handicapped Parking at Gate One. Patrons have a clear path to accessible seating area.
  • Box Office Hours: 30 minutes prior to doors or 2 hours prior to show time – Show Days Only Forms of Acceptable Payment include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash. The Box Office is located on Pool Drive.
  • There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. For cancelled or rescheduled events, please return to point of purchase.

  • The parking fee is $12.00 per space for all managed lots. Independent and school lots not managed by Chastain may have different rates,
  • The Chastain Amphitheatre offers alcoholic beverages until 11:00 p.m. or until the end of the concert, whichever comes first. All customers must be of legal age and produce a valid identification. The venue reserves the right to decline sale of alcoholic beverages to a guest at any time.
  • Merchandise will be available for sale from the time the doors open until the house is cleared, generally 30 minutes after the concert ends.
  • Items not allowed in this venue include: televisions, fireworks, sparklers, open flamed candles and chairs.
  • From the North:
    Take I-285 to Roswell Road/Sandy Springs (Exit 17). Continue south on Roswell Road for 2.5 miles until you reach West Wieuca Road. Turn right onto West Wieuca Road and continue past the four-way stop to the amphitheatre.
    OR
    Take 400 south to the Glendridge Connector (Exit 3). Make a left on to Loop 407 (Glendridge Connector). Continue until you reach the first light, which is Johnson Ferry Road. Turn left at Johnson Ferry Road and continue to the second light, which is West Wieuca Road. Continue on West Wieuca Road past the four-way stop to the amphitheatre.

    From the South:
    Take I-85 north to 400 north. Exit at the Buckhead Loop (Exit 2) and turn left at the top of the exit. Continue until you reach the second light, which is Piedmont Road. Turn right onto Piedmont Road. Continue on Piedmont Road and bear right onto Roswell Road. Make an immediate left at the first street, which is Powers Ferry Road. Continue on Powers Ferry Road for 1.7 miles until you reach the amphitheatre.

  • The venue is staffed with EMT professionals, headquartered in the alcove at the house left.
  • For series and mini-series tickets, please call Chastain Tickets at (404) 233-2227. All events are rain or shine.

  • MARTA stops at the top of Pool Drive adjacent to Gate 2. This service is discontinued at 7:30 p.m.
  • The facility is fitted with full-service restrooms on both sides of the venue. Special needs accessible toilets are located in the Gate One plaza.
  • The Chastain Park Amphitheatre offers two ATM services to our guests located in the plaza area at Gate One and in front of the restrooms at Gate Four.
  • All Guests must wear shirts, shoes, and pants. Please use caution when wearing high heels and open-toed shoes as the venue is in an open-air setting.
  • There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
  • The Chastain Park Amphitheatre provides wheelchair accessible seating. Please request this seating at the time you purchase your tickets. For additional special needs requests, please contact Operations Manager, Ruthie Marshall at (404) 233-8889.
  • Chastain Ventures Concessions features an extensive wine list, premium mixed drinks, wine coolers, soft drinks, bottled water, juices and much more.
  • Items allowed in this venue include: Small TV trays for table-set shows. For no table-set shows, prohibited items include: tables, TV trays, coolers and picnic baskets.
  • Built on what was 1000 acres of plantation grounds in Atlanta. Chastain has a history unlike any other amphitheatre in the country. The Amphitheatre is located on five of the original plantation acres. Construction of the Amphitheatre was made possible through workers from a temporary prison on the grounds as well as F.D.R.'s Works Progress Administration. It did not receive its name until 1946, after Commissioner Troy Chastain who championed the construction and design.
  • Service animals are welcome in the Amphitheatre and will rest in the seating area or the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for the service animal.
  • The venue is fitted with trained security personnel stationed throughout the venue.
  • Tailgating is not allowed.
  • Camping is not allowed.
