• Will Call tickets are released one hour prior to show time.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.
• Restrooms are located underneath the stage at the back of the building and upstairs in the balcony at the front of the building.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation.

• Bogarts was founded in 1975 as a national recording artist showcase venue. The building was originally the Nordland Theatre. The first concert was the Hello People and was a sell out at the original capacity of 250. Bogarts went through an extensive expansion in 1981 and reopened on 11-7-1982 at the current capacity of 1500.
• The handicapped restroom is located straight ahead after entering the venue
• Bogarts serves beer, wine and liquor, soda, water and juice at any of the concessions stands. Depending on the show, chips and candy are also available. Cash only.

• All guests are asked for valid photo identification at the door and will be wristbanded or have their hand stamped if over 21.
• Please call the venue the day of the show for that day's photo policy. Professional cameras are not permitted.
• Merchandise is sold on the sidewalk level, all the way to the right when you walk in the building. Cash only unless the artist or tour brings a credit card machine.
• Box Office hours are Monday ? Friday, 12p.m. - 5p.m. The Box Office is open from 5p.m. ? 10p.m. on show days.

• Guests will special needs can access concessions, performances, and restrooms from the sidewalk level.
• Children six and under do not require a ticket.
• Items allowed in this venue include: tote sized umbrellas, purses, small open tote bags, bags and backpacks, diaper bags (child must be present), and one bottle of sealed water (no more than 20 oz.). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.

• Items not allowed in this venue include: video and audio recording devices, large bags or large backpacks, laser pointers, sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks or mace), and outside food or beverages.
