• We are a General Admission Standing room only venue unless otherwise noted. There is a limited amount of seating available on a first come, first serve basis. Your ticket does not guarantee you a seat. For persons with disabilities please contact the Box Office.
• Will call tickets can be picked up when the doors open on the night of show at Gramercy Theatre. The box office stays open during the show.
• Items allowed in this venue include: small to medium sized purses and handbags (subject to search). Backpacks, messenger bags and shopping bags must be checked. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• The Gramercy Theatre is located at 127 East 23rd Street at the corner of Lexington Avenue in New York City.
• The Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express.

  A $3.00 per ticket fee is charged to purchase Irving Plaza and Gramercy Theatre event tickets at the Box Office for tickets up to $20. For tickets over $20, a $5 per ticket fee is charged. The Irving Plaza Box Office also sells tickets to other Live Nation events at the Roseland Ballroom. Various fees apply
• Refunds are available in the event that the show is cancelled or postponed and can be obtained at your point of purchase.
• Subway: Take the 6, R, or W train to the 23rd Street Station.
• Those under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• **The Gramercy Theatre box office is only open on the night of shows.** For all other times, customers should visit the box office at Irving Plaza, located at 17 Irving Place (on the corner of 15th Street and Irving, one block east of Union Square). Irving Plaza's box office is open Monday through Friday 12:00 to 6:30pm and Saturday 1:00 to 4:00pm.

• You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol, and you must obtain a wristband by showing proper identification. Providing alcohol to minors will result in ejection from the venue.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: outside food, beverages and weapons (this includes pocket knives and wallet chains).
• There are ATMs located at this venue.
• Smoking is not allowed inside this venue. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
