  • In addition to the four main concession stands in the venue, there are also a number of food vendors located in the entry plaza. Choices include burgers, fries, Italian beef sandwiches and personal pizzas.

  • Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please see a Guest Services representative.
  • There are three ATMs on property for the guests to use. One is located just inside the main gates, next to the merchandise stand, directly behind the box office. The remaining two are located in the expo building, at the end of the main concession stand.
  • Security is located throughout all areas of the venue including the parking lots. If you require assistance, please notify any of the staff members and they will be able to get in touch with the Security Staff.
  • Disabled parking is located approximately 1/4 mile east of the theatre entrance, entering the Alpine Valley Ski and Golf Resort. Upon entry guests will be directed to park and brought from the resort to their general seating area via golf cart and our Guest Service Staff.
  • Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
  • Guests are required to show identification and receive a wristband prior to alcohol purchase. Guests will then be limited to purchasing two drinks per purchase. Alcohol sales will end one hour before the end of the show.
  • Special needs seating is available for guests with disabilities and up to one companion at all price levels. We recommend that you purchase your tickets as early as possible. All ticket purchases are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 48 hours after a show has sold out, unsold accessible seats will be released for general public purchase. Special needs patrons may call the administration line at (262) 642-4400 on the day of show for any additional information. Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or the production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to AVMT events.
  • At most events, Alpine has five main merchandise stands where guests can purchase artist t-shirts, sweatshirts, CD's, and other merchandise. One stand is located to the left of the box office, outside the ticket gates. Two stands are in the plaza, just inside the gates. The remaining two stands are located outside and inside the expo building.
  • Parking fees are included in the purchase price of the ticket. VIP Parking is available for $30.00. Limos will be charged $60.00 to park and RVs, buses or any vehicle oversized will be charged an additional $100.00 upon entering the lots.
  • There are a number of permanent and portable restroom facilities located throughout the venue.
  • There is no public transportation to this venue.
  • There are four main parking lots located throughout the grounds - yellow, blue and red lots can be access coming down the main, marquee entrance. Yellow and green lots also have separate entrances off of hwy D. For VIP, Premier and Bus/RV parking, please enter at the marquee entrance. Handicap accessible parking is located at the Alpine Valley Resort parking lot - entrance is 1/4 mile east of theatre entrance.
  • Items not allowed in this venue include: cameras, video or audio recording equipment, laser pointers, fireworks or sparklers, aerosol spray, frisbees, footballs, wallet chains, spiked jewelry, knives, weapons, pepper spray, signs larger than 12'x12', camelbacks, cans, glass bottles, and beverages other than water. Fireworks of any kind are not permitted to be used at any time while on Alpine Valley grounds. Disregarding this policy will end in eviction from the grounds and/or legal implications.

  • Tickets held at Will Call are available for pickup at the box office at any time during the show day. A proper photo ID must be presented in order to obtain the tickets.
  • While there is no specific dress code requirement, we do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
  • Smoking is allowed in all areas of this venue.
  • Camping is not permitted on site. Please visit www.reserveamerica.com for local campground information.
  • Items allowed in this venue include: extra clothes, blankets, food in small soft-sided coolers, small picnic baskets or zip lock bags, factory sealed plastic bottle of water (up to a liter in size, one per person), lawn chairs (up to 5" off the ground), and small backpacks (12"x12" or smaller). Note: These guidelines are subject to change without notice.
  • Tickets for any events at Alpine Valley Music Theatre are non-refundable.
  • For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
  • On Sale Times - lots open 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled start of the on sale. Show Days - please click on specific shows for lot, gate and show times or call (262) 642-4400.

  • Acceptable forms of payment include: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash. Note: If paying by credit card, you must be the cardholder and present a matching state-issued photo ID. Box Office Service Charge: Service charge at the box office is $6.00 per ticket for ticket purchases in advance and on the day of the show. **Service charges are subject to vary by show.”
  • First aid is located just to the right of the ticket gate #3. A second first aid office is located inside the expo building, behind the end of the main concession stand. Should you need any assistance locating the nearest first aid station, or require immediate medical attention, please feel free to ask any member of the staff.
