Festival Box Office
Beginning 8:00 AM, Wednesday, May 8, tickets will be on sale at the Festival Box Office, located at 387 Greenwich Street (between No. Moore and Beach Streets). The Festival Box Office hours of operation are as follows:

Wednesday, May 8: 8 AM – 8 PM
Thursday, May 9: 8 AM – 8 PM
Friday, May 10: 8 AM – 8 PM
Saturday, May: 11 – 8 AM – 8 PM
Sunday, May 12: 8 AM – 7 PM

Tickets for screenings and panels that take place at Pace University will also be sold at the Pace Box Office. The Pace Box Office will be located at the Michael Schimmel Center for the Arts, 1 Pace Plaza (Spruce Street between Park Row and Gold Streets). All tickets will be available at the Festival Main Box office as well. The Pace Box Office hours of operation are as follows:

Thursday, May 9: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday, May 10: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Saturday, May 11: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Sunday, May 12: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

The Festival Box Office and Pace Box Office will accept cash and all major credit cards. American Express is the preferred card of the Festival.

If you ordered tickets within 10 days of the Festival event, you must pick up your order at the Festival Box Office after 8:00 AM on the day of your event. Festival Box Office will be located at 387 Greenwich Street (between No. Moore and Beach Streets). Box Office Hours are listed below.

Waitlist Tickets
Waitlist tickets will be sold at sold-out screenings at the venue fifteen (15) minutes prior to screening start time on a space available basis. Waitlist tickets may only be purchased with cash. Please note there will be NO waitlist line available for the following films: About a Boy, Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood, Insomnia, Star Wars II.

Please note the following important information regarding the purchase of Festival passes and individual tickets

Ticketmaster per ticket and per order charges do apply to all sales.

You must arrive at each event at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the time stated on ticket to be assured a seat.

If you are purchasing a Festival pass, please note the following important information:

If you order a pass by on or before Thursday, May 2, you will be sent a welcome packet in the mail prior to the Festival. This packet will contain RSVP information for special screenings and events.

If you order a pass after Thursday, May 2, your welcome packet will be available when you check in at Festival Headquarters (see below). You will be contacted by phone regarding RSVP information as soon as we receive your order.

All pass holders should check in at Festival Headquarters at the start of the Festival. At this time you will receive your non-transferable photo I.D. badge which identifies you as a pass holder and grants you access to the applicable events.
