Since opening its doors in 1996, the Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater has hosted such performances as: Coldplay, Dave Matthews Band, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett, 311, Aerosmith, Rascal Flatts, Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani and tours like Warped Tour and Ozzfest. Kid Policies/Farm Fresh Family Zone Info For most shows there will be a designated ''roped off'' area on the lawn that is smoke and alcohol free. Just look for the special Farm Fresh Family Zone banner or ask a member of our staff and they can point you in the right direction. If a show is designated as a ''Family Show'', one child 12 or under is admitted free on the festival lawn with each valid adult festival lawn ticket. Seat Location: When looking at the stage, please note that within each section seats are numbered right to left beginning with seat 1. Each section contains a different number of seats per row. The parking fee is included in the price of your ticket for most shows. You may purchase premier parking (located near the Main Gate) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Premier Parking can be purchased for $20.00 through the Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater Box Office, ticketmaster.com, or purchase at the lot on the night of the show. If you wish to purchase on the night of the show the parking attendants can only accept cash. Just follow the Premier Parking signs in the lots on the night of the concert. The easiest way to enter the Premier Parking lot is by entering on Dam Neck drive. Just ask a parking attendant to direct you to the Premier Parking lot at any point of entrance. We strongly encourage carpooling! Carpool Parking - 4 or more gets you closer to the door!* Come to the show with 4 or more people in your vehice and you will be able to park in our special Carpool Parking area located near the venue entrance.
