Why was my Live Nation order processed by Ticketmaster?
In early 2010, Live Nation and Ticketmaster joined forces to connect you to a world of exciting events and offers with more choice, better service, and greater transparency. Your credit card statement says Ticketmaster because LiveNation.com is using the Ticketmaster checkout system - your Live Nation tickets are good to go!
How do internet presales work?
Internet presales give you exclusive online access to tickets
before they go on sale to the general public! To participate you need a special password, which is provided by us, by the artist, or by another presale sponsor (such as a promoter or radio station).
So how do you score presale passwords for access to advance tickets? Be prepared!
Live Nation presales: If you're a My Live Nation accountholder and we're holding a presale for a show coming your way, you may receive an email alert that includes the must-have password. Make sure you're always in the loop - sign up for a
My Live Nation account now! Need a presale password now? No problem! The Live Nation presale password for the month is either magnet or flute.
Fan club presales: Join the club and get the heads-up on members-only presales and passwords for your favorite artist.
Radio station presales: Usually, you have to get on the station's mailing list to take part in their concert presales. Visit the station's website for details on signing up and securing passwords.
Citi® presales: Citi credit card holders can count on exclusive presales, with an easy way to take part every time: your unique presale password is the first six digits of the account number on the front of your card.

You can edit your personal or billing info anytime by signing in to your My Live Nation account, but it will apply to future orders only.
Can I buy Live Nation tickets in person at Ticketmaster retail locations?
You sure can!
Find a retail location close to home, work, or the venue now.
Buying tickets for a high-demand show? Please arrive at the retail location no more than one hour before the onsale time (no overnight camping allowed!). If there are two or more fans on hand, a random number lottery will be used to determine your place in line.
Psst: Although onsales vary, many shows go on sale at 10 AM or noon on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
In case you're wondering, you can't call a retail location for tickets - you have to buy them in person. For all phone purchases, please call 800-745-3000
Where do I pick up will call tickets?
The will call window should be easy to find - it's usually near the venue's main entrance - and will call tickets are typically available an hour before the event.
Please don't leave home without these three things - you'll need them to claim your tickets!
- Your photo ID
- Your Live Nation order number
- The credit card you used to buy the tickets
If you prefer to pick up your tickets before the day of the event, please contact the venue for box office rules and hours.
For events in Canada: You have the option to pick up your tickets at a Canadian Ticket Centre, even if you selected will call as your delivery option.
