The box office is open on non-show days M/W/F from 10am-2pm and show days 10am to approximately 9pm. All advance sales are done via www.LiveNation.com or 619-220-8497.

Additional Ticket Information
The resale of tickets (scalping) is prohibited on the property of the amphitheater. Violators will be sited by on site Chula Vista Police Department personnel.

Restrooms
Men's and Women's restroom facilities are located in the West and East Plaza and Sky Plaza above the lawn. Restroom facilities are ADA accessible.
First Aid
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any guest at every event.
Security
Trained security services personnel are available to assist any guest at any event.
Guest Services staff are available to assist patrons. Guest Services is located at the Guest Services building in the West Plaza, near the main entrance gates.
Merchandise
Merchandise stands are available in the West and East Plaza. Stands will feature and sell performing artist provided merchandise. Stands will be open one hour prior to the beginning of the concert, as well as at the conclusion of the concert.
Weinerschnitzel hot dogs are available from a designated concession stand
Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, Fries, nachos, plus specialty items available via on site vendors
Alcohol Policy
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. ID's are required to purchase alcohol.
No more than 2 alcoholic drinks sold per purchase.
All sales of alcoholic beverages cease one hour prior to the conclusion of the concert

The amphitheatre was originally owned by Universal Concerts and later by House of Blues Concerts prior to Live Nation.

Guests are allowed binoculars, small purses, a blanket or small profile beach chair for lawn seating (no tall chairs)

All guests entering the Amphitheater will be subject to a pat down search, and an inspection of all purses, conducted by security personnel

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the seating area of the amphitheater. Smoking is permitted within the plazas (concession areas).
Re-Entry
There is NO re-entry allowed.
Children
All children 2 years and older must have a ticket. Children under 2 yrs old without a ticket must be able to sit on the lap.
Dress Code
Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing wallet chains, spikes, or clothing with obscene language
Tailgating
Per a City of Chula Vista ordinance, the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the amphitheater parking lot is prohibited. Those in violation may be ticketed by on site Chula Vista Police Department Personnel
