Parking

FedExForum is located in downtown Memphis at the heart of the city’s Beale Street Entertainment District. The area is easily accessible to visitors from exits off I-40, I-55 and Midtown I-240 as well as Poplar Avenue and other east-west arteries.

Affordable roundtrip express shuttle buss service and three separate trolley lines also run within a few blocks of FedExForum.

FedExForum offers a five-level, 1,450 space attached Ford Parking Garage adjacent to the facility, as well as over 200 spaces in the Linden Avenue surface parking lot.

Both are located on Linden Avenue between Third and Fourth Streets. There are other garages and lots in the surrounding area, with over 14,185 parking spots within a ½ mile walk of FedExForum.

Accessibility

FedExForum is fully compliant with all ADA requirements. All areas of the facility are accessible, including the Grand Lobby, Box Office, Restaurants, Concessions, Team Store, Restrooms, and all seating areas including both Suite levels and the Club Box level. Lift-arm or mobility impaired seating is located throughout the arena. If you have any questions, please contact Guest Relations at 901-205-1535.

Assistive Listening Devices are also available to FedExForum guests at the Guest Relations Center located at Section 102. Public TDD/TTY phones can be found at every phone location.

Wheelchairs are available to all FedExForum guests who require assistance. Wheelchairs can be signed out at our Guest Relations Centers located at Sections 102 and 201.

All guests ages 2 and under are required to have a ticket for admission unless otherwise specified  (Venue rules vary by event. Please contact the Box Office for details on specific shows.)

FedExForum provides the perfect venue to make your group outing a special event to remember. Will-Call Tickets

Will is located in the main FedExForum Box Office. Tickets may be picked up or dropped off during regular business hours. You must present a valid photo ID to receive tickets.
