Parking
Owned by the City of Atlanta, operated by AAA Parking - $9.00 per space. Parking is limited so we encourage all concert goers to consider carpooling.
For the 2008 season, all spaces in the Red Blue, Yellow and Green Lots have been pre-sold and are by permit only. Occasionally they will sell to the public, spaces that have not been claimed by 45minutes after the start of the show. There are spaces available in paid parking lots at Sutton School (at Jett and Powers Ferry), Galloway School, Behind the Arts and Crafts Center and at the Master Grill (all off West Wieuca). There is free curbside parking available on a first come basis, on Pool Road, Park Drive, West Wieuca, and Lake Forrest.
While we do not own, control or receive funds from the City managed parking lots, we are working to find alternatives and solutions to the parking shortage. We encourage all patrons to carpool with more than 2 persons to a car and when parking on street side, park efficiently and not at angles that take up more than one space. Familiarization with the available parking areas in advance and early arrivals will also cut down on patron frustration, making your visit to Chastain more enjoyable !

To ensure every guests enjoyment and safety at the concerts, please adhere to the following rules.
Chastain is a non-smoking venue. Chastain Park Amphitheatre is a municipally owned venue and in accordance with the Georgia State Clean Air Act of 2005, smoking is not permitted in any area of the Amphitheatre. We advise you to observe the same practices you would when attending a movie or restaurant. It is our obligation to protect the health and safety of all our patrons and request you respect this policy and refrain from smoking inside the amphitheatre.
As a courtsey to the artist(s), All food is to be removed from tables (and TV trays) prior to any act taking the stage. Drinks may remain. Ushers may encourage and assist in clearing your table. All guests are encouraged to come early enough to eat before the performance begins.
Small TV trays are permitted in the orchestra area for the regular Table Set-Up shows, but no larger tables are permitted through the gates. There may be shows where the artist has requested No Tables. On these shows, no tables, tv trays, coolers, picnic baskets or carry-ins are allowed. No Table shows will be noted on the shows information page.
No cameras, video or still, and no recorders are permitted.
No televisions are allowed in the seating areas.
No fireworks, sparklers, or open flamed candles are allowed.
Please bring as little glassware as possible. Acrylic or plastic tableware is recommended.
No chairs of any type are allowed through the gates. Blankets for the lawn and seat cushions for the orchestra are permitted.
Please keep conversation to a minimum. It affects all guests enjoyment of the show.
