Parking Info
Parking is convenient in secure, well-lit lots adjacent to the Amphitheatre.
The parking fee is included in the price of the concert ticket.
Please note that North Carolina state law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots. This law is strictly enforced.
Premiere Parking passes, $20.00, are also available for purchase online and at the Hardee's Thickburger box office.
We strongly encourage carpooling!

Accessible seating is available and can be purchased from www.ticketmaster.com, at any Ticketmaster outlet, by phone at (704) 522-6500 or by calling the Hardee's Thickburger box office at (704) 549-1292.
We are a barrier-free facility. We offer assistive listening devices, large print and Braille menus. Interpreters are available upon request.
You are welcome to bring the following into the amphitheatre:
Backpacks, purses, diaper bags, small strollers, binoculars, non-professional cameras, lawn chairs with seats no higher than 9n inches from the ground, umbrellas and blankets. Please keep in mind that some artists restrict the use of cameras, umbrellas and blankets. You can check the individual show information for updates to these policies on a per-show basis. Each patron is allowed to bring in one sealed bottle of water. You can also bring in food in a clear plastic bag. Again, these policies may change on some shows, so please check the information for each specific show.
For the safety of our guests, the following items are PROHIBITED from being brought into the amphitheatre:
Animals - unless they assist an individual with a disability
Illegal Substances
Alcohol
Cans and Bottles (except for a factory sealed bottle of water noted above)
Laser Pens
Tall Lawn Chairs that would obstruct the view of other patrons on the lawn
Weapons of any kind
Fireworks
Recording Equipment (except for a very few specific shows)
Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
If a show is designated as a 'Kids Free Show' one child 12 or under is admitted free on the festival lawn with each valid adult festival lawn ticket.
For most shows, any child under 2 years of age will be admitted free, as long as that child will be sitting in an adult patron's lap.
The Family Zone is an area designated on the lawn for those of our guests who want to enjoy the show in a smoke and alcohol free environment. Lawn chairs, blankets, food, and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the Family Zone. This area is first come first serve basis.
Sound Attitude Designated Driver Program
Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, in partnership with Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Bealer Wholesale, and Aramark present the Sound Attitude Designated Driver Program. It reminds our concert goers to act responsibly and respect the rights of others at each exciting event. Sound Attitude is our pledge to you that we intend to offer a safe, enjoyable occasion for music lovers at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre.
On the night of the show, anyone who visits the Sound Attitude Kiosk at Gate 2 and commits to being a designated driver will receive a free soft drink voucher courtesy of Aramark. Also, patrons who feel they cannot drive and do not have a designated driver can find cab service outside Gate 3.

The Hardees Thickburger Box Office
Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 5:00pm;
Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm;
Saturday 10:00am - 12:00pm (only on Saturdays when a show goes on sale)
Event days - box office opens at 10:00am and stays open until the main act goes on stage.
Forms of payment accepted:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks are NOT accepted.
Group Tickets:
Group tickets are handled thru our Sales Department. Please call 704-549-1292 and ask for the Sales Department.
Group discounts are available for selected shows and you are
generally saving the $5 box office service charge per ticket. Instead a
$10 per order service charge is added to the entire order.
Will-Call Tickets:
Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to an event or tickets
left by someone will be available for pick up at the will-call window
at the Hardee''s Thickburger Box Office.
A confirmation number, picture ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets.
Will-Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster by phone or over
the internet are available for pick up after the transaction has been
verified and can be picked up at the designated will-call window.
Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the
box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Tickets
will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket
envelope.
Verizon Wireless Employee Discount:
Verizon Wireless employees are eligible to receive a discount on
select concerts. Click the Buy Tickets button beside the Concert
you wish to attend and look for Verizon Wireless Employee and select
the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
A variety of hot foods, snacks and beverages including beer and wine available. For the safety of all of our guests, all beer and wine purchases limited. Food service employees are trained in alcohol awareness and there is a strict I.D. check before any beverages are sold. Certain shows may restrict beer and wine sales. Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre and Live Nation remind you to please think when you drink. Don't drink and drive.
