Welcome to First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre is the largest outdoor amphitheatre in Chicago where over 400,000 fans experience the thrill of live concert entertainment every year. From the relaxing vibe of the lawn to the intense experience of the front row, every fan has the best seat in the house! We hope to see you soon at a Live Nation event.
 
Tailgating and drinking are not permitted in First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre parking lots, per a Village of Tinley Park ordinance.
 
Dropping-off and picking-up guests is easy at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. After entering any of the amphitheatre''s main gates, drivers will be directed to the designated Drop Off area at Gate 5. When picking-up guests, drivers should return to the drop off site at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at least 45 minutes before the performance ends. Please note that it is very important to return on time. Police will not allow late-comers onto First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre grounds until all vehicles have exited the facility.
 
Bus and Limousine parking is available for an additional charge ($40 Limo, $50 Bus)


Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
The First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre welcomes all children and families. Children over the age of 2 must have a separate ticket to be admitted.
 
For your family''s health, smoking is not permitted in our covered seating area.
 
The First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre features a “Family Zone” in the lawn seating area, accessible to those with children. No smoking and/or drinking is permitted in the family zone.

The Box Office is open for onsales and show days only.

Onsale Hours:
The Box Office will be open from the time the FIRST  onsale for that day (usually 10am or Noon) until  2 hours past the LAST onsale for the day.

Show Day Hours:
The box office will open at 12pm and close 30 minutes after the main act has gone on stage.  Hours subject to change based on event type.

The First
Midwest Bank Amphitheatre Box Office will no longer have regular hours Monday through Friday for ticket sales (unless it's a show day or onsale...)

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex (If paying by credit card, you must be the cardholder and present a matching state issued photo ID)

$5.00 per ticket in advance, $6.00 per ticket on the day of the show.

There are many hotels and motels in the vicinity of the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. For the closest stay, contact the Holiday Inn Select at (708) 444-1100. We suggest contacting the local chamber of commerce for an additional list of area hotels
There is ample parking available on First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre grounds.
 
For most events, there is no charge at the gate for parking as it is included in your ticket price.
 
The lot you park in is determined by the way you enter the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre grounds. From your lot you will be directed to the closest possible entrance gate.

The following items are generally permitted into the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre:

  • Blankets
  • Extra Clothes
  • Food is allowed in small soft-sided coolers, small picnic baskets, or zip lock bags
  • One (1) factory sealed bottled water up to a liter in size
  • Insect Repellent (non-aerosol only)
  • Sunscreen
  • Small Backpacks
  • Non-professional and disposable cameras

Accessible seating and parking is available at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre.
 
Accessible tickets are available through Ticketmaster or by contacting the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre box office.
 
No accessible seat requests will be made prior to an event going on-sale.
 
Accessible Parking is available for vehicles displaying official Handicapped tags. When you arrive, parking attendants will direct you to the designated area. For more information, call 708-614-1616.

Interpreter services and assisted listening devices are available upon request. Please contact the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre at least one week prior to the event date to arrange these services.

Locally, we promote events in all of the area’s major entertainment venues, particularly the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre (formerly Tweeter Center), Alpine Valley Music Theatre, Charter One Pavilion at Northerly Island and House of Blues.
