Parking

There are currently many parking options open to our patrons. There are 3 privately owned parking lots, (one on either side of our building, and one directly across the street) which generally charge a fee that varies depending on what events are happening in the area. There is also city controlled parking meters on the streets all around the building, and parking is free at the meters after 6pm on weekdays, and all day on weekends.

Disabled: There are no wheelchair accessible parking spaces on the street near the venue. The privately owned lots near the venue may make special arrangements when you arrive. Guests with disabilities may be dropped off and picked up on Congress street by the front steps.

Accessibility Info

ACCESSIBLE SEATING: There are no elevators located in Saint Andrews Hall. Saint Andrew’s Hall is not equipped with ramps, but staff members will help assist disabled patrons in and out of the facility. Please contact our main office the day of the event you are attending at 313.961.8137 to make special seating arrangements if necessary.


Kid Policies/Family Zone Info

CHILDREN: Shows are sold in three categories (1) All Ages, (2) 18+, and (3) 21 +. Our Three Floors of Fun Club Night is for guests 18+.

Box Office Hours

Tickets to our events are sold at the ticket window inside the lobby of the building beginning once doors open on the day of the event. Tickets are not currently available from the venue prior to the show.

Box Office Forms of acceptable payment

The Saint Andrew’s Hall Box office accepts cash only.


Box Office Service Fee

There are currently no service charges for tickets purchased from Saint Andrew’s Hall.
