Parking Info-
There is plenty of secure, well-lit parking located adjacent to the Pavilion. Parking lots generally open two hours before the show and the facility gates generally open one hour before the show.
REGULAR LOT PARKING:
Parking lots generally open two (2) hours before the show, and facility gates generally open one (1) hour before the show. Continuing this year, the venue parking charge is included in service charge fees at the time you buy your concert ticket and thus is not collected as cars drive into the facility (please be sure to check show information page, as we have a few events this year which WILL require paying at the gate. With those shows, parking IS NOT included in the ticket price). We made this change in parking procedures to help you get into the facility parking lots a lot quicker! (Note: Guests who wait until Show Night to buy their tickets at the box office will obviously also pay the parking charge, along with the standard box office service charge fee, on top of the face value ticket price.)
PREMIER LOT PARKING:
Tickets for easy-in, easy-out Premier Parking can be purchased through Ticketmaster outlets and via phone order at (412) 323-1919 until 12:00 noon the day prior to each show. The cost is only $25. Premier Parking passes can also be PURCHASED ON-LINE until 3 p.m. on the day of the show.
