Venue Info

Parking
Parking is located on the amphitheater grounds. Regular parking charges are not included in the price with your purchased ticket. There are no special charges for limos, motorcycles or buses.

Premier Parking is available for $15.00, and is available in advance through Ticketmaster. Premier Parking lots are closest to the main entrance (limited capacity).

Accessible parking is available near the main entrance. 

Gate A is designated as 'Early Arrival Parking Lot' and opens at 4:00PM for most shows, except festival events.

VIP and other lots open 1.5 to 2 hours prior to show time for most shows. Please check the event information page on our website or contact us at 210.657.8300 for exact times on Early Arrival, VIP and regular lot times.

Amphitheater is not responsible for vehicles left overnight.

Accessibility
Accessible seating is available at all price levels for guests with disabilities and their companions; including guests with wheelchairs, hearing and visually impaired, and guests with mobility impairments. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.

Courtesy Carts are available to transport guests from the Main Entrance to the seating area. The service is available before, during, and after the show and originates and ends at the Guest Services booths at the Main Entrance, and the Guest Services booths in the Toyota and Hill Country plazas. Show Team members (staff) are available to assist with transactions at all concession and merchandise stands.

Upon request, a Sign Interpreter will be provided. Please contact the amphitheater Box Office (210.657.8300) or via TDD at 210.657.8357 at least three (3) weeks prior to the show. Assistive Listening Devices are available at no charge at the Main Entrance Guest Services booth. TDD device is available at the amphitheater Box Office.

Accessible Parking is available for all events. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror or license plate in order to assist the Parking Team members in directing you.

All amphitheater restrooms are accessible, and Family Restrooms are available in both plazas. Any Show Team member can assist you with the locations.

Service animals are welcome at all events, and request they remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you are bringing a service animal, please notify the person selling you your ticket at the time of purchase so aisle seating can be reserved for you.

Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
For all events, children two (2) and under are admitted free if they sit on the lap of an adult in the reserved seating or have lawn tickets. No special ticket for the child is required, simply identify your child as being two (2) or under when entering the facility.

Please note, we understand when you bring young children, you need to bring 'supplies' such as diapers and special food. For safety reasons, we may need to visually inspect the bag you bring those supplies in.

For families sitting on the festival lawn, a 'Family Zone' is available that is alcohol free & is a no smoking area.

Our guests safety and enjoyment are our primary goals.  You may be subject to search at certain events.  Should you arrive with a restricted item in your possession, our show team members at the main entry gate will direct you to the Guest Services booth so you can check the item and pick it up at the end of the night.  If you are not comfortable with leaving the item at the Guest Services booth, you may also take it back to your vehicle.
