Parking Info
Parking is convenient in secure, well-lit lots adjacent to the Music Center. The parking fee is included in the price of the concert ticket. Please note that Alabama state law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots. This law is strictly enforced.
Parking
Some events offer 'Premier Parking'. Your Premier Parking space at the head of the parking lot is held until show time. Your space will be close to the front gate regardless of what time you arrive to the Amphitheater prior to show time. Parking spaces CANNOT BE GUARANTEED if you arrive after show time.
The Main Parking lot for regular parking has 1235 spaces.
There are no special charges for limos, motorcycles or buses.
Premier Parking is available for $20.00, and is available in advance through Ticketmaster. The Premier Parking lot are closest to the main entrance (143 capacity).
Accessible parking is available near the main entrance and the lower entrance.
Overflow parking is directed to our grass parking lot off of Hwy 119.
The VIP Parking lot (479 capacity), Premier and Regular Parking lots open 1.5 hours prior to door time for most shows.
Music Center is not responsible for vehicles left overnight.
Gates and Doors
Parking lot gates usually open 2 hours prior to show time, and doors to the facility usually open 1 hour prior to show time. Come out early, miss the traffic and enjoy fun and original performances by up-and-coming entertainers in the Charter Communications Pavilion located in the plaza. Food and Beverage service is available when the gates open.
Restrooms
Permanent and clean restroom facilities are available in the Charter Communications Pavilion area, the Coca Cola Main stage and the VIP area.
Prohibited Items
NO weapons, sharp objects of any kind, umbrellas, beverages, alcohol, food, backpacks, video and audio recorders of any kind or laser pointers will be allowed in. For the safety of all our guests, concertgoers may be subject to search at certain events. Verizon Wireless Music Center reserves the right to refuse admission. For further information, please call 205-985-4900 with questions or concerns.
Weather
All concerts are performed rain or shine. The nature of concert bookings do not allow for refunds or exchanges.
Accessibility Info
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions; including guests with wheelchairs, hearing and visually impaired, and guests with mobility impairments. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
Show Team members are available to assist with transactions at all concession and merchandise stands.
Accessible Parking is available for all events. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror or license plate in order to assist the Parking Team members in directing you.
All Music Center restrooms are accessible, and baby changing tables are available in all plazas. Any Show Team member can assist you with the locations.
Service animals are welcome at all events, and request they remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you are bringing a service animal, please notify the person selling you your ticket at the time of purchase so aisle seating can be reserved for you.
Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
For all events, children two (2) and under are admitted free if they sit on the lap of an adult in the reserved seating areas. No special ticket for the child is required, simply identify your child as being two (2) or under to the ticket taker when entering the facility.
Please note, we understand when you bring young children, you need to bring 'supplies' such as diapers and special food. For safety reasons, we may need to visually inspect the bag you bring those supplies in.
The Family Zone is not available because our venue does not have a lawn.

Reserved Seats
Theater-style reserved seats are available within the multi-million dollar open-air Amphitheater. Excellent sight lines and a video screen provide a great view of the action on stage.
All seats are reserved unless otherwise noted.

These seats are available through Ticketmaster; simply request accessible seating on the Event Details page. You can also purchase these tickets at any Ticketmaster outlet, Ticketmaster charge by phone and at the venue on show day.
