Parking
All events at Journal Pavilion feature convenient on premise parking. Close-in and convenient PREMIER PARKING is also available for a charge of $30. Premier Parking may be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster or on site when available.

Kid Policies/Family Zone Info
Most shows feature the Family Zone area on the lawn. There is no smoking or drinking of alcohol allowed in this designated area. No special ticket is needed for access to this area and seating is first come, first served.
Backstage Passes / Meet and Greet
Backstage passes and meet and greet opportunities are not available through the venue. Backstage passes and meet and greets are only available through the artist directly or an artist fan club. Please go to the artist website for more information on opportunities that might be available to you.

Box Office Hours
The Journal Pavilion box office is currently closed for sales during the week. For immediate ticket purchase, please use the Live Nation website or call Ticketmaster at 505-883-7800. The box office will be open on event days at 1pm.
Forms of acceptable payment
The Box Office accepts MC, VISA, AMEX and cash. No personal checks.
Box Office Service Charge
The Box Office Service Charge is $5.00 per ticket plus applicable parking charges.
Group Tickets
Group tickets may be available on a show by show basis. Please contact the box office at 505-452-5100.
Will-Call Tickets
Tickets placed on Will-Call can be picked up on show days at 3pm.
Full concession services are available at Journal Pavilion. Our food choices consist of typical venue fare, from pizza to hamburgers, hot dogs, and other specialty items.
We also have beverage services on site. For those, 21 years of age and older, we do offer alcohol at several locations in the venue. Please make sure to have your ID with you in order to purchase any alcoholic beverage at the venue. For more information on concessions, please call our main office at 505-452-5100.
Merchandise is available on a show by show basis at the Pavilion. We have convenient Merchandise Booths located on both the North and South plazas and at the main entrance. Merchandise booths accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Get to the venue early to take advantage of the artist merchandise selections - limited or specialty items often sell out quickly!
Traveling South on I-25
Drive south on I-25. Exit right on Rio Bravo. Make a left turn at Broadway. Travel 3 miles south on Broadway. Turn left at Bobby Foster Road. At the three way stop, turn right. Travel up the road until you reach Journal Pavilion's parking lot.
An alternative route would be to exit left at Rio Bravo. Turn right at Univeristy Blvd. Travel south on University Blvd until you reach Journal Pavilion's parking lot.
Traveling North on I-25
Drive north on I-25. Exit left on Rio Bravo. Make a left turn at Broadway. Travel 3 miles south on Broadway. Turn left at Bobby Foster Road. At the three way stop, turn right. Travel up the road until you reach Journal Pavilion's parking lot.
An alternative route would be to exit right at Rio Bravo. Turn right at University Blvd. Travel south on University Blvd until you reach Journal Pavilion's parking lot.
Traveling South on University Blvd
Drive south on University Blvd. Travel through traffic light at Rio Bravo. Continue driving south on University Blvd until you reach Journal Pavilion's parking lot.

For most shows, guests are WELCOME to bring:
- Disposable Cameras or Digital Cameras * Please note this policy varies by artist.
- Low-Profile Beach Chairs ( under 9 inches in height from the seat to the ground )
- Small Bags or Backpacks (Detailed Inspection)
- Small Umbrellas (Tote Size), Ponchos or Rain Coats
- Blankets
- Empty spray misters/fans
- Snack or Picnic Food in (1) Clear, Plastic Gallon Size Bag, (1) per Person
- Water in factory sealed plastic bottles (One bottle per person; up to one gallon)
For your safety the following items are NOT allowed for this event:

TicketsAccessible seating is available for guests and their companions at all events. We can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair as well as for those who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair. All tickets purchased are on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved through Ticketmaster.
Parking and DirectionsParking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come first serve basis. Please follow the signs are display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to the appropriate area without delay.

Please Note: VIP club passes and VIP parking are not available for purchase outside the VIP program.
VIP access does not include backstage passes nor give you direct contact with the artists.
Wait lists have begun for individual show sales for select seats in the event of available inventory.
