Dodge Arena is located at 2600 North 10th Street (Hwy 336) in Hidalgo, Texas. The $20-million multi-purpose complex features a 6,800-seat arena that will configure up to 5,500-seats for ice hockey, football and soccer and a center stage concert capacity of 6,800-seats.

 

Owned by the City of Hidalgo-Texas Municipal Facilities Corporation, the arena features 25 suites and 500 club seats. The property also includes 2,200 surface parking spaces on site, as well as a 2,000-square-foot lounge with access from outside of the arena, as well as 1,000-square foot bar and 300-square-foot pro shop.

Dodge Arena has 2,000 parking spaces.

Located on the East and West sides of the building, accessible parking is available and marked by the universal symbol. Hang tags or plates are needed for accessible parking.

Access Ramps - Exterior Ramps with curb cuts from the parking lot to the entrances are located on the East and West sides of the building.

Entrances - All entrances into the arena are accessible. RESTROOMS All restrooms for Men and Women are accessible.

Service Animals are permitted in the Dodge Arena. Headsets and Receivers for the ADA-approved enhancement system must be requested 72 hours in advance by calling (956) 843-6688.

Accessible seating is located in Row S, Section 113 & Section 101. Additional accessible seating is scattered throughout the building located on the lower level. All accessible seating ticket requests should be made in advance.

Accessible seating can be purchased by phone with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card through our Box Office. To charge tickets by phone please dial (956) 843-6688. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Dodge Arena Box Office.

All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating, on the night of the event, will be directed to the Customer Service to be relocated to accessible seating. This booth is located in back of Section 119. To avoid inconvenience, it is strongly recommended that any accessible seating ticket requests be made in advance.

Generally, one adjacent companion seat may be purchased and up to two additional companion seats may be purchased, subject to availability.

 

Food, outside of baby food, cannot be brought into the arena. Dodge arena offers a wide variety of food favorites to choose from at it"s concession stands and specialty kiosks. If you have special dietary requirements and have questions about food at the arena or are part of a catering event and require a special menu item, call 956-843-6688 and ask for the food and beverage department for more information or special arrangements.

 

For certain shows children under two years old do not need a ticket but have to sit on a parent or guardian"s lap and may not occupy their own seat.
