BART Info:

Take the train to the Concord BART station and catch the shuttle to and from the Sleep Train Pavilion. Shuttle service fare is $1.75 each way and begins 90 minutes prior to each event. The Shuttle runs every 15 to 20 minutes. Shuttles leave starting 20 minutes after each event. The shuttle takes approximately 20 minutes to arrive at the Pavilion. Visit  www.bart.gov  for train schedules. Please note there is no shuttle service for Parking Lot events or community events.

General parking is included in most ticket purchases.
You may also buy close up parking for $20. Enter thru Gate B (second entrance off Kirker Pass Rd) and follow signs to Premier Parking.

Kid Policies/Family Zone Info

Most shows feature the Family Zone area on the lawn. There is no smoking or drinking of alcohol allowed in this designated area. No special ticket is needed for access to this area and seating is first come, first served.

Box Office Service Charge
 
The box office has a service charge of $5.00 per ticket. To avoid the service charge you may purchase your tickets at the Box Office on Sundays from 10am to 2pm.
 
Will-Call Tickets
 
Will call tickets are available for pick-up at designated windows starting 90 minutes before showtime. Please make sure to have valid picture identification and the credit card used to purchase in order to pick up tickets at will-call.

The Sleep Train Pavilion accepts job applications on a continuous basis. The Sleep Train Pavilion is a 12,500 seat outdoor amphitheater serving the San Francisco Bay Area. The Pavilion season runs from April through November averaging about 25 events.

Part-time positions are:

   1. Parking Lot Attendants
   2. Event Staff
   3. Backstage Security
   4. Ticket Sellers
   5. Cashiers
   6. Usher-Ticket Takers
   7. Box Seat Hosts
   8. Food Court and Merchandise Workers
   9. Drivers
  10. Event Receptionists
  11. Maintenance Workers

Applicants must be willing to work on an on-call basis, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Daytime hours are available for Ticket Sellers and Maintenance Workers.
