Parking Info
Ample Special Needs parking is available at the venue.Guest should follow the roadway signs on Bay Parkway(east) and use their Special Needs tag to enter the VIP/Special needs lot. The parking lot is designated as lot 5A inside the Jones Beach State park. Special Needs parking is based upon availability.

 

The Nikon at Jones Beach Theater will make every effort to accommodate guests should special need sparking not be available.

 

The VIP/Special Needs lot is controlled by New York State Park Police and is operated by our VIP staff during performances.

Ample 'special needs' seating is available at all levels of the theater. Special needs seating for the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater is available at the Box Office or through Ticket master at either:
www.ticketmaster.com or by calling (631) 888-9000.

When ordering tickets please request special needs seating and order as soon as possible. Individuals with Accessibility questions can call (516) 221-1000.

Will-Call Tickets
Will call tickets may be picked up at the Box office no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the show. Should a guest order tickets thru Ticket Master with less than ten (10) day to a specific performance those tickets must be picked up at the Box Office as they will not be mailed. All guests picking up tickets at the Will Call windows MUST show 2 forms of ID (Photo ID and CC that the tickets were charged against). No orders will be release without proper Identification.
