PARKING :
The cost of general admission parking is included in the price of your concert ticket. Please show your concert ticket as you enter the Theme Park parking lot (entrance located off Route 77).
For an additional fee of $15, VIP PARKING is also available and secures you a parking space in an enclosed lot near the concert entrance gates. VIP PARKING is available on a first-come, first-serve basis on our events page and through ticketmaster.com.
ALCOHOL POLICY:
Valid ID is required for all purchases of alcohol regardless of age.
A limit of 2 drinks per possession will be enforced.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Tickets can be purchased for guests with disabilities through Ticketmaster or by calling the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center Administrative Office at 585-599-5040.
Parking for guests with disabilities is also available for all shows and is located near the main entrance gate (follow designated signage upon entering the main parking lot). Please make sure you display the proper placard on your rearview mirror so that we can direct you to the proper location. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Interpreters are available upon request. Please contact the administrative office at
585-599-5040 at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled performance to make the proper arrangements. RESTROOMS and FOOD AND BEVERAGE STANDS are all accessible inside the venue.
CHILD POLICIES:
Children two (2) and under do not need a ticket if they are on the lawn, or will be sitting on an accompanying adult's lap. Our concerts can be loud, so please make sure your children's hearing is protected. Many concerts are intended for adults and although children are always welcome, we recommend leaving your children at home.
SMOKE & ALCOHOL FREE ZONE:
There is a designated family zone on the lawn for every concert at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center, when lawn tickets are sold. This area is sectioned off near the center of the lawn and provide for a smoke and alcohol free location from which to enjoy the show.

BOX OFFICE:
The Darien Lake Performing Arts Center Box Office is open on day of show only, 4 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
Darien Lake Theme Park Guest Services sells our concert tickets and is open during all Park operating hours.

CONCERT/THEME PARK COMBO TICKETS:
You may upgrade your concert ticket to include Darien Lake Theme Park admission by paying $9 additional at the time of purchase, or bring your concert ticket to Darien Lake Theme Park Guest Services on the day of show and receive Theme Park admission for only $12!

Anyone who has purchased tickets through either Ticketmaster or NEXT Ticketing and is to pick up tickets day of show, may pick up their tickets as follows:
Prior to 3pm, at Darien Lake Theme Park Guest Services (located near the main entrance gate to Darien Lake Theme Park.
After 3pm, at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center Box Office (located near the main entrance to the concert venue).
All other will call tickets will be available at the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center at 3pm, or 3 hours prior to the concert start time, whichever is earlier.

Runner- Assists the production staff with a variety of tasks and errands during Live Nation events at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center and other local venues.
Usher / Ticket Taker- Provide guests assistance with locating their assigned seats, provide directions or other venue information or scanning patron tickets to verify access to venue.
