Box Office Hours
The Box Office is open on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.(Except for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.) Sorry, but we do not take phone orders at this time. NO SERVICE CHARGE ON TICKETS SOLD DURING THIS TIME.
On event days, the venue box office will open when the parking lots open. For specific show information-please click on the desired concert listed under Concerts and Events on the Home Page and look for details under 'Additional Show Information.'
Forms Of Acceptable Payment
The Box Office accepts MC, VISA, AMEX, Discover and cash. No personal checks.
Box Office Service Charge
A five dollar ($5) per ticket service charge will be applied to all tickets sold at the venue box office EXCEPT on Saturdays from 10am-2pm.
Child Ticket Policy
Children age 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter the venue. Children 3 and over do need a ticket to enter the venue. No discounts available on tickets for children.
Will Call Tickets
Will Call Tickets are available for pick up when the box office opens on event days. See above for box office hours. You must show valid picture ID and credit card in order to pick up tickets.
White River Amphitheatre boasts a great variety of quality food choices to satisfy every Guest's taste. Alcohol beverages are served in designated areas only. Guests must be 21 and over w/valid photo ID to enter these designated areas. Along with a wide variety of beers, wine is also served. Spirits will be sold in the River Lodge. White River Amphitheatre in conjunction with Aramark Sports & Entertainment offers a Designated Driver Program. Please visit the Guest Services booth at the Main Gate for more details.

White River Amphitheatre features plenty of on-premise parking. A parking fee is included in the concert ticket price, so there are no fees collected at the parking gates. Smoking Policy
Smoking
is NOT permitted in the reserved seating areas. Smoking is permitted
on the General Admission Lawn seating area-except for in the 'Family
Zone' which is a non-smoking area. Smoking is permitted in the plaza
areas-except for restroom buildings and tents.
Venue Services
ATMs:
White River Amphitheatre has 4 ATMs located just inside the Main Gate.
Credit cards are accepted at most concession stands and all artist
merchandise locations.
Lawn Chair Rentals:
Lawn chairs are available for rent at most concerts for $6.00 per
chair. This includes a $1.00 deposit that will be given back if the
chair is returned after the concert. Lawn chair rentals are available
at the Guest Services locations.

River Amphitheatre is a 'barrier free' venue. Accessible seating is
available at all price levels through Ticketmaster. Accessible parking
is located adjacent to the Main Gate. (No additional fee required.)
A
Courtesy Cart is available at all concerts on a first-come, first-serve
basis to take Guests from the Main Gate to the seating areas. The
Courtesty Cart is available at the Main Gate Guest Services Booth-which
is closest to the Accessible Parking area.
PLEASE NOTE: The Courtesy Cart is not available in the parking lots. Please visit www.rivergiver.com for information on the Drop Off area and Accessible Parking.
