Box Office Line Ticket Policy

Here is the On Sale Guidelines and Rules for Line Tickets
  • For first day sales of tickets, Verizon Wireless Amphitheater issues random line tickets. Line tickets will only be issued 60 minutes prior to designated on-sale time. One Line Ticket per customer. NO camping out is allowed. Anyone not having a line ticket will be waited on after those with line tickets, on a first come, first served basis, regardless of the form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to anyone who tries to hamper this system.
  • The purpose of the random number distribution is to insure that all customers have the same chance of being first in line, eliminating the need to camp out. This policy also helps to insure customer safety and provides for effective crowd control. A random number does not guarantee you a ticket…only a place in line.
  • If a customer has a line ticket for more than one show, they must decide which ONE show they would like to purchase tickets for and get in that line. After purchasing those tickets, they must go to the end of the other show line (they CAN NOT use line tickets for both shows).
  • You must be 12 years of age or older and able to complete a transaction to receive a random number.
  • Random numbers are non-transferable.
  • The starting number will be announced immediately after the last random number is handed out.
  • A customer will draw the starting number. The customer holding the ticket that matches the starting number will be first in line (For Example: if numbers 1-100 were issued and number 10 was drawn, the line would start with 10, then 11, 12, 13 thru 100 then 1-9).
  • When the starting number is announced, the line will shift accordingly.
  • Tickets will be sold on a best available basis; you cannot select a specific seat location. You may, however, select an alternate price level if available.
  • Persons holding a line ticket can use ANY form of payment that the box office accepts (MC, VISA, DIS, AMEX, CASH).
  • Customers are allowed only one transaction per event. If a customer wants eight tickets, they must buy eight tickets all together. They can not split the tickets up.
  • Depending on ticket demand for a particular concert, Verizon Wireless Amphitheater reserves the right to limit the amount of tickets purchased by a customer.
  • There will be a separate line for other purchases, i.e. shows previously on sale, lawn tickets (even for the events on sale that morning), and disabled seating.

ANYONE WHO RECEIVES A RANDOM NUMBER HAS A CHANCE TO BE FIRST IN LINE! There is no need to camp out. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not abide by the policies above.

Will Call tickets are available for pick-up the day of the show, approximately three (3) hours prior to the show. For advance pick-up, please contact the box office at 314.298.9944
