Resting between the horizon of Lake Michigan and the magnificent Chicago Skyline, Charter One Pavilion is located in the heart of Chicago's Museum Campus. The stunning surroundings make this a perfect place to spend a summer night, while enjoying live music from a variety of performers. Events range from rock concerts to family matinee events making Charter One Pavilion a great new destination for everyone.
 
 
Dear Charter One Concertgoers:
 
During the summer 2008 concert season, the City of Chicago is working on a Lakefront Trail project that will affect two main routes to and from the concert grounds: Solidarity Drive and Museum Campus Drive.
 
Throughout the construction, lanes on both roadways will be reduced, and some access points will be closed. Please allow ample time to get to the concert, and consider alternatives to driving, such as using public transportation, bicycling or walking.
 
VIP parking pass holders - Please access Museum Campus via 18th Street and have your VIP parking pass on your dashboard so the Traffic Aids can direct you to the VIP parking at the Adler Planetarium.
 
Other parkers -There will be no parking at the Adler Planetarium or along Solidarity Drive. All parking will be directed to Soldier Field.

Will-Call Tickets
Will-Call Tickets can be picked up at the Box Office, located just to the left of the main gates, starting at noon on the day of show. You must present a photo ID and be sure to have the confirmation number with you as well as the credit card the tickets were purchased with as backup.
Parking is available at the Soldier Field North Garage ('North Garage') and at the Adler Planetarium Lot.
 
The price for parking at the Soldier Field North Garage is included in the price of your ticket.  The entrance is located along Museum Campus Drive, before the stop sign at McFetridge Drive.  Free trolleys are available to transport patrons who park at the North Garage to the Pavilion.  The trolleys stage outside the pedestrian entrance/exit to the garage at McFetridge Drive.  These trolleys will also be available at the end of the evening to return patrons to the garage (they will not take patrons downtown).
 
VIP parking at the Adler Planetarium Lot is available for $30.00.
 
The new Soldier Field offers a multitude of options to visitors including: sporting events, concerts, banquet facilities, a Sledding Hill, a Children's Garden, and the Veteran's Sculpture and Water Wall. Whether you're attending an event at Soldier Field, exploring the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, or Adler Planetarium, boating at Burnham Harbor, or simply enjoying the 57 acres of parkland known as the Museum Campus and Northerly Island, we hope our site provides useful information that will help make your visit an enjoyable experience. Tickets are required for all guests over the age of 2. Children who are 2 and under are permitted to enter the venue without a ticket provided that they will be seated on their parent’s lap while in reserved seating areas.
The following items are generally permitted into the Charter One Pavilion:
  • Extra Clothes
  • Blankets
  • Food is allowed in small soft-sided coolers, small picnic baskets, or zip lock bags
  • One (1) factory sealed bottled water up to a liter in size
  • Small Backpacks
  • Non-professional and disposable cameras

DUTIES:  The VIP Department is responsible for providing the best possible service to our season ticket and season box clients and sponsors.  Whether you are scanning tickets at the gates, greeting clients in the VIP Club, or escorting guests to their box you play an important role in the fans’ experience.  We are looking for extremely motivated, friendly, and outgoing people to be a part of this exciting team.

 

HOURS: Team Members should be prepared to work the entire season May through September.  The season will consist of 20-30 shows throughout the summer, including holidays.  Shows are usually scheduled in the evenings on weekends; however weekday shows are also possible.

 

HOURLY RATE:  $8.00 per hour
