Once they see it live, it will never be the same old story!

Cinderella

The washing, waxing, and scrubbing have been finshed, but Cinderella's ball gown is ruined and her Stepmother and stepsisters have already left for the ball!

UNDERSTANDING AND EXPLANATION OF POLICIES

I.
NON-PERMITTED ITEMS

A. Animals can be unpredictable and may cause harm to other guests. Therefore they are not permitted in the facility or parking lots. The only exception to this is a seeing eye dog or trained assistance dog.
B. Signs and banners cause major sight problems for guests sitting behind them. In addition, they are flammable thus posing a threat to the safety of our guests.
C. Fireworks are not permitted for obvious safety reasons along with the fact that they cause a distraction from the performance.
D. Weapons are not permitted for obvious reasons. This includes some pocket knives and wallet chains. Please ask your supervisor if you are unsure of an item. Remember, it is better to be safe than sorry. In addition, we can not take the responsibility of checking these items. They must either be returned to the guest's car or disposed of prior to entering the facility.
E. It is fairly common to see people try to bring wrenches and pliers into the facility at some of the alternative type shows. People use them for the purpose of taking seats apart in an effort to create an open floor dance area. Fortunately we have never had this problem. However, it is better to be safe than sorry!
F. Laser pointers can cause a serious distraction from a performance. They can also make an artist feel very uncomfortable due to the fact that some firearms use lasers as sights. If one of these is spotted, please notify security of the location.

II. SOMETIMES PERMITTED ITEMS
A. Cameras and recorders can not be brought into the facility because of contractual agreements between the artists and the facility. Sometimes, artists will permit small Disposable cameras. Always assume that they are not permitted.  Please check our website for day of show policies.

III. NON-PERMITTED ACTIONS
A. Standing on seats is not permitted due to the fact that it causes sight problems for other guests and can be very dangerous. The seats are not designed for standing and if a person were to fall they could be seriously injured.
B. Standing in the aisles is not permitted for fire code reasons. We are required by N.F.P.A. (National Fire Protection Association) law to maintain open aisles for the safety of all guests.
C. Re-Entry to the facility is not permitted. If a guest must leave and come back for any reason they must have the front gate supervisor's permission and mark on their ticket.
D. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Please inform the security staff, a supervisor or the box office if this is observed.
E. Guests are encouraged to enter the facility as soon as the doors are open. Tailgating can be dangerous to arriving guests and their vehicles while also severely disrupting traffic flow patterns.

F. Open alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our parking lots by state law.
G.
Vending of merchandise is not permitted on the property of the Chevrolet Theatre unless performed by one of our licensed vendors inside the facility.
H. The distribution of flyers must be approved by the management of the Chevrolet Theatre. This is typically not allowed due to the mess that it can create.
I. The distribution of stickers is strictly prohibited on the property due to the fact that they can be very detrimental to the appearance of the facility and they are very difficult to remove. If this vending of stickers is observed, please notify the security staff immediately. There are no exceptions to this rule.
J. Throwing of objects is not permitted for obvious safety reasons. If this is observed, please notify security immediately.
K. Open fires in the parking lot can be very dangerous to guests and very harmful to the facility. If this is observed, please notify security immediately of the location.
L. All of our guests must wear shoes and shirt at all times for their own personal safety.
M. Physical confrontations of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Chevrolet Theatre property. If this is observed, please notify security immediately.
