FAST LANE™
FAST LANE program ffers music fans the chance to, at no extra charge, enter ahead of the crowd to their favorite shows when they purchase their tickets online through Live Nation Tickets® on LiveNation.com.
Fans gain FAST LANE privileges simply by going to LiveNation.com and buying tickets through Live Nation Tickets to the shows of their choice at any Live Nation owned and operated venue (subject to ticket availability for participating shows). Once their purchase is complete, fans will be given information on how to pass ahead of the crowd and go right inside via a special FAST LANE entrance.
Re-Entry Policy
There is absolutely no re-entry into the venue once your ticket has been scanned.
Age Policy
You must be 16 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to gain entrance into The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza. We reserve the right to check ID.
Smoking Policy
As per New York State law, there is no smoking allowed inside of any New York City venues including The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza. An outdoor smoking corral is available a half hour after the doors open until a half hour before the show is over.
Drinking Policy
Patrons must be over the age of 21 and show a valid photo ID to obtain a wristband to be served alcohol.
Backpack Policy
All backpacks, messenger bags, and shopping bags must be checked into coat check. These bags will not be allowed onto the main room. Small to medium sized purses are allowed into the main room.
Coat Check
Coat check is available year round for patrons on a first come first served basis. If a coat check ticket is lost you must wait until the end of the night to claim your item(s). If an item in coat check is lost or damaged, The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza is not responsible.
Outside Food and Drink Policy
No outside food or beverages will be allowed in the venue.
Camera Policy
Camera policy varies from night to night as per the band's discretion. Typically, point and shoot digital cameras are allowed. All cameras with removable lenses and/or professional cameras (including digital SLR) MUST be checked at coat check unless you are issued a photo pass. Photo passes are not issued by The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza. If no photography is allowed you may be asked to check your camera.
Parking
Limited parking can be found in the vicinity of The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza on the street. There is a parking special at 110 E 16th street after 5 PM. To receive this special price, please have your parking ticket validated at the box office.
